The only place to stay downtown Seattle!
The Edgewater is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location with all the amenities one could ask for and a wonderful staff. The over water suites with a balcony very water are worth every penny! Best Valet staff and value of any downtown hotel. And the 67 is a must for brunch, dinner, room service, or happy hour.

Great location and staff.
Very nice given age of the hotel. Great location and staff. Very welcoming. Some funky rock ‘n roll features that were fun. Bed and linens were very comfortable and bathroom was nice with a good shower. Helped me out last minute after another hotel in town didn’t work out. It was a short stay but I’d go back.

Epic relaxation spot!
Everything was truly amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were kind and friendly. We had a room with a balcony and it was stunning. It was very easy to get to the Ferris wheel and all the other activities down there. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious! We highly recommend this place to all of our friends and we will definitely be back!

Puget Sound, Space Needle, Lots to love!
We had a king bed room with a non-water view. The rooms are on the small side but manageable. I like the fireplace, the shower is luxurious compared to mine at home, and the bed is comfortable. There is a train that runs by the hotel but I had earplugs and it was no problem. Lastly, the staff gives high quality customer service to each guest - such a treat!

Will Never Get My Birthday Back
Room wasn't ready at check in time - had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour. Glass door had kid hand prints all over it even though I was told I was waiting so that management could ensure it was clean. Everything was cheap and broken - from the cheap record player that wouldn't play to the curtains on the bed being half ripped. Paid extra for an ocean view room and I was only like 3 from the road and a cruise shipped blocked 80% of the view. House keeping only made the bed (but left the pillows on the ground) and took the trash - nothing was tidied, empty drinks weren't cleared, surfaces weren't wiped, toilet paper wasn't restocked. Valet parking was insanely expensive and took forever. I splurged for the upgraded room and fancy hotel for a milestone birthday wanting a special experience. $2000 later and I wish I'd just stayed at a holiday inn - it would have been nicer and I at least would have had a full length mirror in the room.
