All negative. Rude staff and people in Bahamas are generally unfriendly and horrible. Tips are automatically added to bill so staff dont care. Food disgusting and expensive 100$ typically for some lunch for 2 and a drink each. Resort in general is dated and a huge tourist trap full of kids and families pools are not heated. Casion is like a seedy Atlantic city in the 90s Please avoid this property and the bahamas in general it's full of unfriendly people disgusting food, no culture, and nothing to do in Nassau. For example staff at the Atlantis scowl at you and taxi drivers were begging us literally begging to give them tips for 5 minute rides. Disgusting resort and country. Avoid.
Great family resort!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Lots of activities for people of all ages. Food was good and there was a variety. Clean overall. Water park is awesome for kids. Jameel was our favorite waiter!
Meeting a amazing woman
Tina Curry, Cove Asst Manager of Food and Service made our vacation ROCK!! Going to Atlantis for more than 14 years, owners of Harborside, it is a know fact that The Cove, Sip Sip restaurant has the Best lunch on the island along with best bartenders. We had a problem with the strict security rules The Cove keeps for it's members. Ms Tina turned all that around for us by accommodating us to the ULTIMATE MAXIMUM. I will never forget how wonderful she attended to all our needs. I highly recommend going and staying at The Cove, service is spectacle. Especiallly her.
Fun for All
This place is heaven on earth. We took our 8 year old and 2 year old . They had a blast from water fun to daring rides. These beach was breath taking and served really delicious food. This place has fun activities for all ages and you will nevery get bored .
Can’t beat the room set up
Completed a 5th consecutive year in a row couples trip to The Cove. The things I love about The Cove are the room set up. The rooms are so large and spacious and functional. I like that every room has a large balcony with a view. Housekeeping is great and timely and it’s actually one of the most consistent well done turn downs of any property I have stayed at. The cabanas by The Cain pool are a great set up with the bathroom right there with ocean views. I say this every year but things that could be improved is the food at The Cain pool. The menu is subpar and so is the food. Also, the drinks selection is weak! I would like to see more speciality drinks with fresh ingredients! That is the one thing about the Baha Mar that I loved and wish Atlantis took more time to invest in. Also Atlantis could use more “quick service” healthy meal options. Travelers want to have options to eat healthy and the resort is lacking that overall. Altogether I wouldn’t come back for the 5th year in a row if I was totally dissatisfied. I think once Baha Mar opens the water park it’s going to be hard to compete without making some significant changes and property improvements.
