    Art and Luxury

I always love coming to the Cosmo when I'm in Vegas. Even if it's for one night, I always have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Stayed during EDC week, staff were friendly and they have a lot of food options. Huge shout out to Mario S. at the front desk. He was a huge help during our stay and helped me find the Art-O-Mats located in the hotel. I cannot wait to come back

LOUD MUSIC (all night and most of the day) -- NO SLEEP

I truly wanted to give the Cosmo 5 stars, but just couldn't. The room itself was amazing -- Japanese tub and balcony. Why only 3 stars? 1) Arrived early in the morning. Tried to check-in at 3pm but no rooms were available. Not a huge problem -- figured a room would be available by 4:30 or so. Nope. Closer to 6pm. :-( By the time I got checked in, unpacked, and to a restaurant for dinner (around 7:30pm) it was almost a 2 hour wait. Was probably poor planning on our part -- should have gone to dinner before the room was ready. Sigh... Then... 2) BE VERY CAREFUL WHICH ROOM YOU GET!! Or, take earplugs with you. My room was on the nightclub side of the building. Loud, booming music --- i.e., no sleep -- until at least 2am. And I mean LOUD. Closed balcony door made almost no difference. (the next day someone mentioned that the music stopped around 4am...). Thought "OK, I'll just sleep in." NOPE! Nightclub started testing the music/sound system around 9am and it continued, off an on, until noon. Vegas is exhausting, with all the walking the majority of the day and in the heat. At the end of the day just wanted rest/sleep. Wasn't to be had. Will not stay there again.

    Would stay again

We just came from a four night stay in a one bedroom suite in the Chelsea Tower on the 56th floor. I would recommend the Ski Lodge speakeasy and the Blue Ribbon steakhouse. Our room was clean, spacious, quiet, bed was comfortable, had two really nice high def TV's and a very comfortable couch in the living room. Also had a balcony which was incredible! The Japanese soaking tub was nice too. I only have two negatives about this hotel. The bathroom needs a little updating as it looks pretty dated. Also, we decided a week before our trip to extend by one night so we did this over the phone. The last day (the extended day) we got back to the room after brunch and couldn't get into our room. We had to go all the way back down to the front desk to pick up a new key. My husband was sick so I had to leave him sitting in the hall while I went back down for a new key. Would've been nice if they'd told us this when we checked in. The clerk said we were told but we weren't. Other than that I have no complaints. Would stay there again.

    Can’t wait to go home

Hotel rooms are dated, boring and dirty. The pool party at Marquee goes all day then starts up again and goes until 2 am. It’s so loud it’s impossible to sleep. The food here is good and it’s worth a quick visit for that but I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here. I can’t wait to leave. Has to be one of my worst experiences in Vegas. Oh and that’s with a wrap around suite. Terrible.

    Amazing!

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the middle of all the action on the strip. The views from the balconies are incredible, even if you don’t have a view of the Bellagio fountains. The rooms are very spacious and the housekeeping was great. Would definitely stay here again.
