Amazing is always. Room was clean, service impeccable. Ordered room service and it arrived beefing hot and delicious. Casino was lively and exciting as always, although the minimums were a little high but that is to be expected on a holiday weekend. Drink service was very attentive. Can't wait to stay here again.
Nicest hotel room I've stayed in on the Strip!
We had an amazing view of the Strip and Planet Hollywood. Loved the 1 bedroom suite, soaking tub, balcony and location of the hotel. Didn't get a chance to check out any restaurants, but we will be back. Loved the Chelsea pool and great staff!
Worst customer service ever. Thank God for Jesse
The worst customer service I’ve every received was from Marvin.. he didn’t even try to help us check in. He made it seem like we were bothering him by asking him to help sort out of checking in issues and asked us to step aside . I asked to see the manager but they apparently had no manager on site . After waiting for a long time I saw another employee that looked friendly so I went up to him, he’s name was Jesse. He was amazing. He had us checked in within minutes and gave us a complimentary late checkout out as well as giving us rooms with the best views. He went out of he’s way to make us our experience a little better . People need to realize how important customer service is
The Cosmopolitan is the best hotel in Las Vegas! Opulent and luxurious!
The Cosmopolitan is without question my favorite resort casino in Las Vegas. Stayed in a two queen fountain view terrace room and it was large and luxurious. Entire resort felt extremely upscale. STK and Holsteins were tremendous. Food options were outstanding for quality. Couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore! Amazing stay!
There is a man named BLAKE who said he was head of security! I am a platinum identity member and he discriminated against me and said i wasnt allowed back on the property because i wasnt fat enough or disabled to be on a medical scooter inside their hotel! He was very Rude and embarrassing, i spend thousands at cosmo a year and for me to be treated like this was insane! I have the entire incident on film and will be making sure cosmo is exposed for this racist discrimination encounter!
