Truly a magical place! •incredible rooms •stunning views •delicious food BUT. The Service here is EXCEPTIONAL! Fernanda at the pool was so kind and attentive. What an increíble person! Louis at The Ledge was so compassionate and accommodating to a injury I had. He went out of his way to help me and make me comfortable. Corina at the spa gave me the most incredible massage! All of the spa staff was amazing. Oscar at Manta was such a lovely and helpful server. And last but not least, Michell at concierge was lovely! This people here are what make this place so special!

Great stay & serve by Iker at Manta
We stayed at the cape and had a great time. The hotel and location is beautiful. We especially loved our dinner at Manta restaurant, during which we had a delicious tasting menu and were provided excellent, knowledgeable and friendly service by our waiter Iker. Iker made this experience particularly special. Thank you

Fantastic time!
Had the most amazing experience at the cape. The service is outstanding.. From valet, to check-in, to Mary at the sunken bar, Ivan at the rooftop ledge, housekeeping & even construction workers that helped me retrieve ice. It's not just a destination for the view, but for the experience! Salud!

Return guest here! Why did we come Back to The Cape? Easy: the service. The end. From bell boy to server to pool attendant, every single person A guest interacts with prioritizes excellent service and going the extra mile. Shout out to Carmen in the Sunken Bar! The food in every single restaurant is delicious-- fresh, all house made (don't skip on the Protein smoothie from the Sunken Bar) , and we love the suites with their amazing bathroom , comfy bed and swing bed on the balcony. This is the perfect no kids couples getaway hotel.

The Perfect Hotel for the Perfect Wedding
From the moment we stepped onto the property the staff at this resort could not have done one thing better! The attention to detail and level of service was beyond. We celebrated our daughter’s wedding there with the same level of attentiveness given to each of our guest. Luis Events I could not sing any higher praise. These gentlemen were extremely professional and the most accommodating I have ever experienced. Congratulations to them job well done. The grounds and rooms were immaculate. The food was next level delicious. Thank you to the staff and especially the bell men y’all were incredible! The memories we all left with from your beautiful hotel will last us a lifetime!
