We had a fantastic stay at The Cape, a Thompson Hotel—pure relaxation from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with an ocean view that took our breath away. Every staff member we encountered—waiter Hugo, Fernanda, and pool concierge Luis—was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect. We especially loved the infinity pool and evening cocktails at the rooftop bar. Highly recommend for anyone looking for luxury and great service.

Best Views and Service
The view is incredible and the bed is the softest I've ever slept on! If you want ultimate luxury you must visit The Cape! The customer service was some of the best I have experienced. The staff was super helpful, friendly and professional - they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Gorgeous property & next level service made for the perfect celebration!
We had the most magical 20th anniversary celebration at The Cape this past week. The property itself is stunning & luxurious, views of the ocean from every angle with chic touches & incredible food at each restaurant. The Rooftop is the place to enjoy an espresso martini & take in the sunset. The Ledge for breakfast is magnificent - a special thank you to Bernadette & Carlos who made each meal fun & perfect. And the poolside bar is next level, Frederica & Hugo were amazing, so welcoming, attentive & generous with their service. Everyone works hard to make each guest feel special & spoiled. Michele at the concierge set us up with a lovely sunset cruise around El Arco. And both of our rooms were great - our fav was the junior suite with stunning views & every amenity we could hope for. We are looking forward to experiencing Manta tonight for our anniversary celebration dinner & are sure it will be the cherry on top of this next level experience!

Anniversary trip
We are so happy with our vacation at the Cape. The best experience for an anniversary getaway. Fernanda at the pool was incredible and we can’t wait to come back! Foo, service, and views were incredible! Highly recommend staying and enjoy the amenities!

An Anytime Spot
The best atmosphere. It’s great with family, friends, a date, etc. I love coming in the afternoon for sunset or in the evening. While the rooftop is excellent and the restaurant gets hype, I just love coming to Sunken Bar. Just brought Mom and she loved it. We had great service from Moises and the bar staff. Food, drink, snack… as a local, this is my favorite spot here.
