This was our second stay at this beautiful, iconic hotel. If you have the chance to go, do. Staff are accommodating and friendly. When we were checking in, the member of staff gave us the option to have two double beds on a higher floor or a king on the first floor – we went for the higher option (6444) – it had a partial mountain view, and down below, it overlooked the Oasis; you could even hear the water from the fountain, which was nice and relaxing. The only thing to note with the room was that it was right by the elevator, so there was some noise, but it didn't disturb us at night. The room itself was a suite, so nice and spacious, with a couch, two double beds, a desk and a large unit with a mini-fridge and drawers. The bathroom was big and had a fun square-shaped bath that also had a shower. I got up for a 5 am swim in the morning, and had the pool to myself! It was fab! The breakfast was ample as well, I really enjoyed the yoghurt with fruit and chocolate chips and granola! A fantastic stay!
Great one night stay
Stayed overnight on my way to San Diego and it was a great stay. The hotel rooms still have some old Hollywood charm without being overly dated. I would stay again with more time to explore hotel with the hotel so steep in Hollywood history. Hotel is close to Beverly Hills which is nice. I had a room with a terrace as a Hilton Honors member and that was nice in the morning and evening to sit outside for a drink. Note: Parking is $50/ night and no immediate street parking options.
My friends and I did a girls trip and the hotel was super nice. All the staff was great, the atmosphere was wonderful and with less people it was very quiet. Room was nice. We had a balcony which was great because there was 4 of us in 1 room.
Nice hotel and location!
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, meals at the hotel’s restaurant, and other restaurants close by. We also rented a car and used the hotel’s garage for parking (included in the package we booked).
Older hotel, but well maintained with superb employees. Covid has resulted in reduced amenities and service, but overall this hotel is solid, and feels safe. Continental breakfast is provided free to Gold and Diamond members. Choose a room in the Wilshire tower, there are nicer.
