    My stay

Garage being next to hotel very convenient. Receptionist were very nice. Corner suite had an amazing view. Gym was like a mini Ymca which when staying you have access to include showers and pool. Spa was great and Heidi was excellent and working out the kinks. I Will be staying again!!

    Don't waste your money

This was hands down the worse hotel stay of my life. For such an iconic hotel to deliver such poor service is unacceptable. Had they been forthcoming on their website about their new procedures we would have made other accommodations. Lisa in house keeping is their only redeeming grace.

    Missed experience

One reason I selected was the location and history . Due to Covid , everything was closed . Not able to appreciate the beauty of the hotel .missed opportunity for guests to obtain drink , snack , meal on off hours . I would recommend finding a way for guests to purchase these items safely during COVID

Nice but the hotel's covid restrictions really cripple the amenities.

First of all, Trip Advisor needs to take this hotel OFF of the list of hotels offering airport shuttle service!!! The restaurant, which looks lovely, is closed. The pool is closed. The fitness center is limited.

    Fall 2020 Covid-19 Get Away

Limited Hotel Services due to Covid-19. Big plus, very few people in the gym which was an outstanding facility. Required to wear face masks which we were completely comfortable doing. Plenty of wipes and hand sanitizer in gym and hotel.
