May 09, 2025If you die, forget about compensation!!
The hotel people, they don't care about you. If you are in problem, they still don't care. They just need their money from you. Last night the AC duct fell on me in the room and I got hit on my head and on shoulder. I am not able to move my arm and head pain is separate. I complained about this and talk to 3 manager on duty after that they consult with their management and management said- its not the serious injury, I did not go to hospital. According to them you will get compensation when you become handicap or you die. When I checked in- the room was not even properly managed for couples. I am not sure what to do next but coming from hospitality industry as myself, I don't except this kind of customer experience. I was planning to come back here but I will not recommend anyone. There are some same kind of Hotels and clubs or boats in the city- try that and save some money.

May 05, 2025Temptation is not as it used to be
We are the premier members. We purchased our trial membership 2 years ago. We loved everything…entertainment was fresh, sexy and funny. Food especially in the buffet was delicious. Service was awesome. Unfortunately not this time. For example, there is a section with the roof at the pool just for the premier members. The pool opens at 7 am and it’s first come-first served. But you cannot get the spot because pool butler, Lily and her co-workers run a little business there. Basically you need to pay them a night before to secure your spot. Around 6:30-6:45 am, Lily puts clips on all chairs under the roof for the people who tip her. These people do not show up until 12-1 pm but in meantime other premier members struggle not being able to enjoy their time. We arrive every day at 6:45 am and see this situation. At some point, we just removed these clips from the chairs and sat where we wanted. Lily was not there that day but her co-worker was not happy about it. And after some unpleasant conversation, he told us Apparently management knows about this business inside the hotel and encourages it. Oh well… Food…The buffet used to be excellent. Now it’s average… Restaurants…Italian is excellent. Sea flirt is not good. Flame is ok. We also had a dinner and show at She. 2 years ago there was no charge for the front row, now it’s $100. Entertainment is the most important part why we purchased trial membership…It’s not as it used to be…The jokes are the same…not sexy but nasty vibe. The contests during the day are also the same as 2 years ago. They need to freshen up this place, hire some charismatic people, makeup new contests so the same people want to return again and again. 1400 usd for 2 night for a worst memories ever!
You have horrible smell in the bathroom when you want get a shower, The trass door don’t lock and this is a too bad safety, and the get us worst room because we get the room from their site exept booking.com That’s not fair when we pay 1400 usd for 2 nights!!!!!! That’s 2 star for service is just for the buffet

Amazing!
We love TTR and the staff. They always ensure we have the most fun, take care of anything you need and really care. Shout out to Leo & Shadia for always taking care of us. Israel is the best, we love seeing him for daily breakfast, Lili at the pool, thanks for always having a bottle of Tito’s for us, Kelly at bash, and every one of the play makers that work so hard for us, THANK YOU! You are all appreciated! Much love to all of you!
