Long review! This past January, my partner and I stayed at the Temptation Cancun Resort for a week (7 nights). It was, by far, one of the best vacations at an all-inclusive resort that we have ever had! Not only was the resort itself very nice i.e. modern, clean & well-maintained with a glitzy lobby that blew us away upon arrival, but the service we received from hotel staff and management was exceptional... there is no other word for it. The kindness, politeness, willingness & eagerness to please was a constant from every employee. Staff went out of their way to accommodate my mobility issues and to make sure our stay was enjoyable. There was always a big hello and a smile from everyone... from the doormen/porters at the front entrance to the service staff in the restaurants & bars and the reception area, from the manager (who was always present) & the security staff to the cleaning crew. In fact, management cares so much about maximizing a guest's experience at Temptation that during our first couple of days at the resort, employees solicited our opinions on how the resort could improve their services and facilities. From the top to the bottom, the staff went out of their way to make every guest feel important. As a party resort it was well worth the money. The Foam Party in the Sexy Pool was an absolute blast, and I found myself wishing that they held it every day. In general, all the activities at the Sexy Pool were highly entertaining, as were the animators. The nightly theme parties were a lot fun and three nights in, we felt like we had gotten our money's worth already. There were several restaurants to choose from and the food and service at all were excellent! Our favourites were breakfast & dinner at the Sea Flirt restaurant by the beach, and lunch at the Sky 3.5 rooftop bar & lounge. For the women who are wondering about the topless aspect i.e. should I, shouldn't I? Rest assured, there were topless women of all shapes, ages and sizes. I myself am a BBW with mobility issues and when I left my home, I was 100 % certain that I wasn't going to do it. But within half an hour of being in the pool on our very first day, I decided to go for it. Everyone - guests and staff - was so friendly and this immediately put me at ease. There was truly a non-judgemental atmosphere. We enjoyed some great conversations with some great people, and loved the diversity amongst the guests. In terms of accessibility for people with disabilities, the Tower where we stayed is your best bet as there are elevators to take you to each floor. The rooms were bright & airy and the open concept made it easy to get around. As others have mentioned, the shower - while a good size with a large entrance - is not a roll-in shower as you have to step over the frame to get into it. Similarly, you cannot roll into the toilet area (which has a door for privacy) because it's too small. However, you can roll right up to the entrance. As for the rest of the resort, all areas were accessible via various ramps. Some restaurants, however, had a step at the entrance i.e. they weren't on the same level as the walkways. The ramp at the main entrance to the resort is quite steep, but the doormen/porters will gladly help you if you need it. Also, while I believe that all of the bathrooms in the common areas had accessible stalls, there were no push-button door-openers to open the door for a wheelchair or a scooter. Temperature-wise, we were there the 3rd full week of January, and there were one or two nights when it was a bit cool at the nightly theme party that went from 10 pm to whenever, but not enough to make us skip it. However, we might book a little later in the year next time. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely go again!

Our favorite annual vacation! We don’t often return to the same location year after year but this is a must! We have our 5th trip booked! We LOVE the atmosphere! Such a party and we love the shows! Ready to go back!
Best vacation place ever!!
This was my 4th trip to Temptation. I went with a married couple who are friends of mine. I usually go by myself and have my own room, but they added me to theirs, saving me a lot of money. I met them through the Temptation group Facebook page. Every time I have gone, I have met so many wonderful, friendly people, and we have continued that friendship over the years, even visiting each other in other parts of the country. The people who go to Temptation are like family. They look out for each other, and take care of each other. Especially there alone as a single woman, I truly appreciate this! I was planning to go back this year to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, with the Covid 19 virus, it doesn’t look like it will happen. As soon as possible, I will go again. I have vacationed at other all inclusive, adults only places, but nothing compares to TTR! Stay safe and party on!!
I am writing to tell you how the resort is keeping it's faithful customers entertained while we go through this virus and things are closed. Each Monday they have an exercice class with employees' Marcos and Natacha. It is very entertaining and a good work out. On Wednesdays they have a cooking class with delicious foods they make right at the resort. The chefs are fun and entertaining and the food is yummy. On Friday evenings, at sunset, they have a DJ spinning while showing great views of the area from the top floor. On Saturday nights they have the Playmakers, who live on site, dress up in a theme and dance and have fun with us. There is Natacha, Axel, Sexy Pappi, Sharp, and Jordyn. JJ and General Manager Patric make a few announcements and help get things going or say goodbye when they are finished. The resort is fabulous and the employees are like family to the hundreds of us that are return customers. We miss them all very much and hope to be back soon. Thank You Temptation Resort and their employees for shining some light on a gloomy situation! We hope to see you all very soon!
