Apr 22, 2025Kris Jones star waiter at Sutra!
Temptations it's self is excellent! Our favorite restaurant is Sutra (hibachi style) cusine+. Our favorite waiter there is Kris Jones! He is beyond excellent! He attends to every detail to make your dining experience most memorable! If you get the chance seek him out and you won't be disappointed! We'll be back soon to see him again!

OUTSTANDING customer service!
My husband and I had a special dinner night at Sutra Restaurant and had the pleasure of Jonesy being our server. He was FANTASTIC! He suggested different things when we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. The food was EXCELLENT and Jonesy made sure our experience and service was the BEST! We will definitely eat there again. He is like finding a diamond in the rough! THANK YOU Jonesy for the special attention you gave us! We look forward to visiting Temptations and Jonesy again in the near future! ❤️

Apr 19, 2025The good, the bad the ugly.
The good - Christian from Premier was extremely helpful and professional, JJ always goes out of his way to make up feel welcome and Samantha a new play maker was friendly and fun to be with. Miguel our breakfast waiter and Ricardo in Flame always remember us and makes it feel like home. Thankyou to all I just mentioned. The bad- Premier - this is a company that the resort hires to sell memberships to Temptation itself - we are members - we brought friends with us this year, one on a referral and the other directly on our contract. As a referral there is an expectation to go to a presentation. They were extremely pushy and unprofessional when he declined their offer. They expect you to stay for at least an hour, but after an hr and 40 mins my friend had to get up and walk out because they would not take no for an answer. The ugly - so apparently Premier has changed their policy about allowing friends to be given nights on a members contract. As a member I was never informed of the change. When my friends arrived at the hotel, 1 day before me, they were threatened with being charged an extra 300.00 at day for their entire trip - 10 days - given only a referral band and told they had no choice but to go the the presentation, for which I did not get the credit for. After and hr and a half they chose not to buy a membership and when they were leaving they were told not to do a presentation unless they were going to buy. The rooms are clean but this year there have been multiple cockroach sightings. Temptation apparently has new policy and its all about money. You don't have to be a member if you want to spend more money when you vacation there, you can buy your way past members by reserving pool side beds by buying alcohol, reserving member tables at Bash by buying alcohol, by buying a bottle of wine to reserve a specific time for a restaurant. As a member I rarely get my choice of room which i paid for with my contract because they save the best rooms for potential new members which buy in and they upgrade them immediately to their new room. As soon as you walk through the door you will be harassed by people who are going to try to get you to buy a membership. stick to your guns and just keep saying no. unplug your phone in the room. it truly can ruin your vacation. I've been a member for 10 yrs and I've fallen out of love with this resort. i won't give them any more of my money.

Nothing like coming to our second home
I don't know what more we can say about this Resort other than it's been our second home for 11 years and will be that way for many more We had an amazing time seeing old friends meeting new friends Seeing all of the staff here that we love so much And always have to give a big shout out to all the Playmakers Including the cowboy Diego Pretty boy And Lady Cherry Our girl at the towels Lily is beyond amazing and fabulous All the Premier bartenders And of course are fabulous Butler yamy if you've never been here it's definitely a place you should come and experience the party let's play

The place is amazing and colourful, Saul and Juan at the pool bar we’re always taking care of us; Miguel the butler and the lady at the boutique so friendly, however we had problems with the A/C and called 3 times to get maintenance to checked it.
