I love the vibe and energy of everyone, from the front desk to the playmakers. I love the crazy games! Anddy is the best playmaker, she has tons of energy and is very friendly, I would definitely go back. The rooms are great, the buffet food is delicious, and Alfredo at the bar is amazing! The best time to go is on the weekends, I highly recommend it.

Awesome time as always, we love it because the people we went with every year and the playmakers and shows as well. Special recognition to Chocolate, he’s Dominican and he knows we are from Puerto Rico, so he treats us as family and always makes sure we are having fun and good time.

Easy
Had a great time. Lilliana my pool girl was the best! Was very accommodating to make sure my chair and day was relaxing and comfortable . The hotel had a fundraiser for staff it was very professionally done. It was a great time. It was nice for guests and staff to interact.

I deeply regret signing up for the Premier Membership at Temptation Cancun Resort. The sales tactics were high-pressure and full of false promises. They made it sound like a VIP dream exclusive perks, upgrades, etc.but once you sign and pay a deposit, it’s a totally different story. The worst part? You don’t get your deposit back, no matter what they tell you. customer service becomes unresponsive. Feels like a total scam wrapped in a vacation package. Be warned before you fall into the same trap.

Always a great time! The service is great! If you can’t have fun here, you don’t know how to have a good time!! Thank you to Fernando from the Security team who is also a referee!!!! Fernando helped a friend of mine back to his room and checked on him the next day!! What a great place to be!!!
