Lovely and clean, great choice of foods, pools are clean and staff are very friendly and attentive. Entertainment is really good, starts at 930pm so would be better if started a little earlier but great choice of entertainment. Air con in rooms is really good and hot water all the time. Drinks in rooms fridges are stocked and free to use. Rooms cleaned daily and beach is right there too!

Best entertainment from La Piña (Pineapple) very fun and got everyone involved. Always very happy and took time to make personal relationships with everyone. Absolutely amazing. Only thing I can complain about is the “massage” - do not recommend unless you want to pay for someone to rub cream on you whilst sitting on their phone & falling asleep.

Positive experience
Overall Positive experience. Starting with negatives: I was in Building 15 whith a constant music outside of the hotel, (7am-10pm roughly) can become anoying fast as there is no pause. Room was clean but seeing my freinds rooms there are a lot of things that are not conistant with each other, not too bad if you dont use these things (extendable mirror missing/ bath not working) that sort of thing. Positives: Food is nice, no complaints for all 4 of us, we ate literally everything and nothing has made us sick. A la carte restaurants need to go is Tikki Taco and Chopsticks (not the Chef show that is booring) Pools were clean, now and then see things floating but cant clean a pool once opened. Saw them clean them daily around 7 am. Alot of bars and places to drink/ eat. My experience and the ones from my group was positive, we did not Tip and were not forced to/ didnt seem that they pushed for any.

Is hard to reserve dinner Open reservations at 9:00 am and 9;15 am everything is booked It could be much better Check in was longgggg. Entertainment staff es the best. Bombón, sky, chocolate, Wilson and Coca Cola made our nights super fun. Bar service was super friendly. Room was good size. Could be better in terms of cleaning when we arrived it were several dead bees in balcony.
