plan. Sundial accommodations include hotel rooms, studios and 1 and 2 bedroom condos featuring balconies, gas fireplace, flat panel televisions with DVD players, complimentary basic WIFI, jetted tubs and coffee makers. All Studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units feature
full kitchens with microwaves and refrigerators, spacious living/dining area and washer/dryer. Sundial is a smoke-free property.

My wife and I were so pleasantly surprised as to how courteous and friendly everyone was during our stay this past week. A special thank you to Donna and Ken they were very helpful in not only the check in process but throughout our stay they advised of where the best places were to visit including some restaurants we would of probably not found on google. We highly recommend the facilities, the gym proximity to the lifts and overall cleanliness of the place were impeccable! Can’t wait to come back next year
Nice staff, great location dirty unit
The location of Sundial is perfect. The unit had a great view overlooking the village. The front desk and ski valet staff were very friendly. We rented unit 410 a/b. 2 king bedrooms with kitchen, living area and 2 pullout sofas. 2 bathrooms. One bedroom was a lockout unit. The mini fridge in it did not work. The bathroom in the lockout had a tub shower, but no shower curtain. The sofa in the living area had a white dripping stain down the front. The linens provided for the pullout sofa were filthy, covered in black hair, in a bag with no sanitization sticker. It was obvious these had not been laundered since the last use. One of the king beds had a plastic mattress cover that was ripped down the middle and crumpled under the sheets. Either housekeeping made the bed over the obvious rip, or the sheets were not changed at all. Needless to say, the housekeeping staff did not do a good job cleaning. The manager, Jeff was nice, listened to our concerns and had housekeeping handle most of them. I would be embarrassed if I owned this unit. I reached out to Red Awning, to whom I paid our rental fee, only to be told to take it up with management at the lodge. Needless to say, we were less than pleased with the cleanliness of our unit.
Terrible, Un-flexible, Greedy Covid Policies
Having booked a room through Expedia for my son and I to ski for 6 days after Christmas, California became the epicenter of Covid and has locked itself down. This forced me to cancel my ski trip (with over two weeks notice), so I was hoping the management at Sundial would provide me with a voucher to visit their hotel another time. To be clear, I was not expecting a refund...simply the opportunity to come back. First Expedia attempted to reason with them. Nope. Then I wrote the management. Sorry... you're out of luck...we've decided to keep your $6,000 without providing any value to you whatsoever. I understand Covid has put tremendous pressure on business...and I have no problem with them keeping my money...but to have zero flexibility and not allow vouchers is completely unreasonable -- because of that I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE STAYING AT THIS HOTEL to find somewhere else to stay because YOU COULD EASILY LOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!
Wonderful Place for an Anniversary!
We had a wonderful stay at the Sundial Lodge for our Anniversary! Mostly because of the outstanding staff! We want to personally thank Natalie, for her warm welcoming presence in making our stay the best! You'd be surprised how many hotels in the SLC area that do not thank you or ask how your stay was.......Natalie made us feel appreciated that we were there! She asked us how how stay was and if there was anything that could have done better? Our answer was No! We had a Great time!!! Thank you very much and we will be back again and again!!!
The Sundial is a great location. 5 of us fit in great with the standard condo with loft plus the lockout room. Fantastic views from all the rooms. Great ski room service. Walk to the gondola and umbrella bar. Skiing on the Canyons side was much less crowded than the Park City side. Great transportation to and from Park City when we needed it. Great downng across the street at Drafts Burger Bar. Short walk to a market with all the necessities you need in a condo for the week. Hot tubs and heated pool were a plus.
