TRULY AROUND THE CORNER FROM DISNEYLAND
I picked this place because of the reviews. And I was pleasantly surprised both my wife and I. It’s literally around the corner from Disneyland. The parking garages. In fact, their parking lot, butt’s up against the Disneyland parking garage. It’s very modern and clean. And they seem very responsive. But what was most impressive were the bathrooms. Only downside, which was minor is they had one elevator under repair. Totally would go back.

Stay Not as Expected
I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a shuttle to Disneyland and breakfast included in the price—two key factors in my decision. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations. Parking & Arrival: Upon arrival, I noticed that the front parking bays were blocked off by the hotel, even though they were empty. This forced us to park far from the reception area, which was inconvenient—especially considering the $30 per day parking fee. For that price, the least they could do is make the closer spots available to guests. Check-In Experience: Check-in was just okay. I mentioned an issue with my Bonvoy membership, but the front desk staff offered no real assistance—just sent me another email, which didn’t help. I needed actual support, not a brush-off. Same was with Check-out when she asked about Membership, I explained my issue and she brushed it off not assistance or guidance was given. Shuttle Service Disappointment: Then came the disappointing news about the shuttle. It’s not the hotel’s own service, and it makes multiple stops, significantly delaying the trip to Disneyland. This was not clearly explained on the website. We ended up using Uber, which cost more and defeated the purpose of choosing this hotel. Room & Noise Issues: The room itself was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, we were placed right next to the elevator, which meant constant noise from people and the elevator “ping” throughout the night. It disrupted our sleep multiple times. Bathroom & Housekeeping: The bathroom was another letdown. The shower had extremely low water pressure, making it difficult and unpleasant to use—especially with long hair. On the plus side, there were plenty of towels, and housekeeping was provided every other day. Breakfast Quality: Breakfast was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but it was a major disappointment. The eggs were watery (likely powdered), the food selection was minimal and poor in quality, and the two tiny waffle stations were overwhelmed by large crowds. The sausage was overcooked and tasted oddly plant-based. After the first day, we opted to eat breakfast elsewhere. Overall Impression: It felt like the hotel was trying to charge extra for every little thing while cutting corners on the basics. I usually enjoy Marriott properties, but this stay was a letdown. I won’t be returning and have already started looking at other hotel brands for our next trip.

Good enough
This is a decent hotel. First, don't be confused by the name. It's not particularly close to the park gates. It's about a 20 minute walk to the security checkpoint for Downtown Disney. From there, you can take the monorail or walk to the main entry at the esplanade on the other side of Downtown Disney. The walk is very safe. Even though the rooms are remodeled, the hotel is not new. The elevators are a little pokey, and I had was able to easily hear snoring and screaming babies in other rooms. I also had trouble finding open receptacles, which is pretty ridiculous for a room and has been redone in the last year or so. The breakfast was brand standard and generally unexceptional. While it was nice that it started early every day, it would be better if they had tortillas. Even as a non-Hispanic, I can figure out how to make a breakfast taco/burrito from what they would already put out. By default, the hotel will not clean your room every day. I was able to request daily housekeeping at check-in. The hotel will hold your bags after check-out. This allowed me to check-out in the morning, go to the parks, and, then, pick them back up before leaving. Many of the hotels near the parks are extremely minimal in efforrt. Of the Marriott hotels near Disneyland that I have stayed at, this is the best one so far, and I would consider paying a little extra to stay here again.

Recommend!
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast early enough to get to rope drop. FYI - parking is $30 per day but they let us keep the car there after check out until our later flight. Also stored our luggage for us. Walking distance to the parks. Just beware that there are two Springhills within a couple miles of each other. Relatives mistakenly booked the other one.

Great hotel and service
JESSEE IS THE MVP!! Great customer service the entire trip. Thank you for enhancing our stay! The hotel itself is extremely clean. Room was extremely comfortable and spacious. I slept like a baby on that bed. The hot tub and pool were a nice addition especially being in the hot tub after a long day walking around at Disney. We got an hour late checkout which was extremely helpful and kind! I also had mentioned it was my boyfriend's birthday, and the staff left a note and some goodies in the room. Such a nice touch. Overall, the location, cleanliness, price for the stay. hospitality was a 10/10. Definitely would return!! (Only few negative notes are the breakfast was very subpar with only eggs, overcooked bacon, and a small assortment of breads and bagels. Also, the walls are not too soundproof. Heard a baby crying in the next room 2/3 of the mornings we were there. If you are a light sleeper, I would consider that. Additionally, we were in room 204 which is two turns and all the way down the hallway from the elevator. If you have any mobility issues or just don't prefer to be that far from it, I would definitely request a room closer to the elevator if available. But hey, not everything can be perfect!)
