We booked on short notice in February before all the virus craziness started. Room was ok. Didnt like all the restrictions around pool areas. Seemed like they were trying to force you to purchase from their restaurants. After a couple of days we just did our own thing and we were not bother by staff. There seemed to be quite a few families that came just for the day that took up a lot of chairs. The pool areas were loaded up with people saving chairs with their stuff. We sat out for an entire day and many people did not show up for those saved chairs.... not sure how you eliminate that though Another issue I had were the only available seating was loungers. I was wanting a more upright chair due to a back injury. They had tables with chairs. but they were for the rental cabanas. Resort was clean although we usually did not get maid service until quite late in the day. I would probably suggest for people who like a little more personal service

    Great Place To Stay

Hi, We’ve stayed at this place a couple of times now. They had remodeled rooms since the last time and we were there at couple of weeks ago. This is a fantastic place, friendly people, clean, multiple pools, stuff for the whole family do do and the Gulf of Mexico is in their backyard. Their website should have all the info you need and they run deals from time to time as well. The restaurants and bars they have there are great and food/drinks are not way overpriced and very moderate pricing. Great time and you should strongly consider! -Mike Ps..they do have a $40/night fee for resort amenities but they just spent $15million on the rehab so I do understand the need to recoup some costs. However, they usually have much lower rates than other hotels so it’s not a big deal.

    Fake Reviews Abound...

This hotel should be called a motel. The condition of this motel made my getaway so miserable that I had to check out after only one night and move to another resort (a real resort) for the remainder of my trip in Florida. The room was so filthy that I had to take every towel I could find in the bathroom and create a path to walk on, otherwise my feet would be black on the bottom. The room was in need of repair, everything was falling apart and just outdated. The photos on their website are not an accurate representation of what you are signing up for. To make matters worse, most likely due to their dire financial situation, which is apparent with the condition of their motel, they have refused to refund me the nights that I didn't even stay there. I booked through Priceline and even with the "partnership" this motel has with Priceline, the manager was completely unwilling to work with Priceline to resolve the issue and refund a portion of my stay. I was even willing to pay for the one night that I had to endure. Terrible customer service. I truly believe any positive reviews you read for this place are not real and created by staff. There's no way someone would rate this place 5/5. Save your money, and vacation, and do not stay here!

    Best time ever

We stayed 4 days but everyone was so nice we decided to stay one more night because of all the staff including the bartender Eddieamd the hotel staff:Billi,Beth and Kelly Love. They were all amazing! Never been treated better!! Although, we couldn’t do any activities outside the hotel, it barely mattered because of how well we were taken care of at the hotel by the staff!!! Thank you so much for having such high spirits and true hospitality hearts in this very trying time. As servers/bartenders in the industry from Orlando, we couldn’t appreciate you guys more!! THANK YOU!!!!!🤙

    Late Winter vacation

This was our second time staying at the Sirata; first time in 2013. We enjoyed it the first time but even more so on this recent stay from 2/28 - 3/04/20. We only had to wait a short time for our room even though we arrived early. We were then given an upgrade to a larger room with a kitchen at no extra cost. Nice! The staff was very accomodating and glad to help with anything. Beach great as usual and pools at both Harrys and Rum Runners a nice environment. Plus hotel is centrally located so an excellent spot. There was an issue with the elevator in our building but it was back in service as soon as possible.
