Ok place by a beautiful beach.

This hotel needs some work. The beach and the bar tenders saved our vacation. Check in took awhile, and the from desk didn’t seem happy. They are able to store luggage safely so you can enjoy the pool or beach. Beach is beautiful and right outside the resort. Pools are small but nice, the live music was really nice, and the pool side bars were great. Nice staff and good drinks. The price is on par with every other resort. Average $13 a cocktail. Unfortunately, check-in is not going to happen anywhere close to 4pm as stated on the website. We didn’t get into our room well past five. Room was not working the wait. Outdated. Dust behind the tv. Mildew on the mirror. Shower head had so much build up it trickled out. Our purpose was to be out on the beach as much as possible, and spent very limited time in the room. Location is great. We could walk to restaurants, and the grocery store to stock up on snacks. The hotel has free bike rentals which was a fun way to explore the area. Bikes were old and rusty but worked just fine. Check out not great. Front desk was overwhelmed. The bill was wrong. We were promised some fee reversals for the inconvenience of the very late check in to our room which they didn’t follow through on. Overall, not the worst place to stay but I can’t say we will be back. For the base price, plus all the additional fees you don’t get much. Like I said, the beach and the bar tenders made our stay a pleasant one.

    Filthy Sirata Hotel Bathroom

The hotel room smelled musty we had to leave the door open to air it out.. the bathroom was filthy , mold around the soap dish on the wall , mold around the base of the sink faucet, the sink was filthy as was the tub , cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, tub mat was filthy on top and underneath it , the safe was dirty and corroded with rust .. I emailed several different hotel reps , however, I haven’t received a response. I have pictures to reinforce my claims. The room for one night was $383.95 ! Very pricey for a filthy room !

    Great week in St. Pete!

Had a great stay with family and friends. A lot of work is being done on the resort as they are coming back from Hurricane Helene. Staff were friendly, helpful and Emily, one of the managers helped when there was an issue with our room. Hated to leave but had a great time doing Yoga on the beach (gentle stretching today) with Jillian Deizciol. Will be back.

Skip this One if you’re accustomed to normal Hilton properties

We did not get the rooms we booked. We paid for ocean front, two queen beds, but got king beds- bay view. The hotel, the next day, changed 1 of our rooms. They could not make keys and had to escort us to our rooms- twice. The first night our bed was obviously disheveled, and the employee who walked us to our room, said, “sorry” and left. We had no keys, so really we had no choice but to stay in the room. The renovations are understood, but I tried to go out on our balcony and got paint dripped on me from above. (Be warned). Rooms are mediocre at best- this property is way too overpriced for the accommodations! The restaurant is good - the restaurant staff is great. The front desk employees have no clue how to operate their new system and are completely clueless. There are no towels on the beach for guests! I wish we had rented a house!! This hotel has a Hilton flag, but would be more accurately represented as a Ramada Inn!!! If you’re accustomed to nicer properties- SKIP THIS ONE!!! We came for a day of business and then for family time- I am highly disappointed in our stay! The beach is beautiful- this property IS NOT!!!!!
