    Mean dealers

The hotel is mostly fine. I was disappointed with one of the dealers at 3 card poker. She started off nice then turn ugly when I lit a cigarette. I was blowing the smoke behind me and had the ash tray in the seat next to me. She started throwing the cards at me so I got up and left. I should have gone to another casino.

    4th of July weekend

The staff is top notch. They have a great slot selection if that’s your thing. Very comfortable room and never heard a sound once inside the room.

    Great Getaway!

First time there. Wasn't disappointed. Three casinos connected together with 3 different themes. Good food, good entertainment. What more can you ask for?

    OK but needs serious maintenance

The room was very nice and clean and the maid service was fine. Some things were just terrible including elevators broken down so that there was almost always a wait in a line to go up to your room or come down to the lobby. The swimming pool is very small and there are not a lot of chairs for enjoying the outdoors. The elevator in the parking garage was filthy as was one of the elevator waiting areas where someone dropped a huge container of food. The Keurig coffee makers worked great and the TV was fine. The self check-in worked well. We tried to take the stairs to avoid the line at the elevator but could not get to the lobby or get outside. The stairs were useless. The ice machine on our floor was broken the whole time we were here. There are many slots for parking in the parking garage that you cannot fit into because they are too narrow or they have posts that jut into the space. The weekend prices are gigantic compared to the weekday prices. The refrigerator in the rooms is helpful but it does not have a freezer.
