Penn Hospital worker
I just would to thank the Sheraton Hotel for hosting us workers from Penn Hospital. Each night I head for duty I’m greeted with big smiles from the staff at the hotel. Laquon is one of the front desk workers as he is such a cool dude. He interacts with the guess very well and his big smile makes you feel at home. Hats off to him and his co-workers for making our/my stay at the Sheraton Hotel a peaceful stay.
NO HOT WATER - zero leadership
I am a Titanium Elite Bonvoy member- you may not have heard of this level as it requires 75 nights per year to maintain this status. My point is, I stay in a LOT of Marriott hotels, nearly 100 nights per year and I have never been treated worse. I stayed Feb 25-28th and had little to NO hot water EVERY morning. I did have hot water during the evening. Based on a conversation I had with a maintenance person, they are already aware (he asked "what time I showered" and "did I try to kickstart by turning on the sink faucet as well")- two separate conversations on two different days. I went to the front desk- twice. Was told I would get a call, never happened. Logged a call with coporate on 2/28- received an email from the hotel apologizing, which was the minimum I expected. THEY CLOSED MY CASE- I had responded to that email with a question about a refund and points- didn't respond and just closed my case. I called a week later and found that out- was told on that call I would get a call the next day (last Friday, the 13th). Never received a call. Decided to call corporate again today- was told that the hotel told corporate that I never went to the front desk and told them of the issue- WHAT?? This is rediculous. I wouldn't stay here if it was the only hotel safe from COVID-19.
Stayed for a concert
This was the closest nicest hotel to the concert my sister and i went to. They were very nice, the place was very clean, but breakfast service was not up to par. We were seated and sat there for 20 mins before someone coming over to ask if we would like something to drink.
Front Office Staff Kind and Helpful
My wife and I recently stayed for a weekend and Somphone at the Front Desk really went out of her way to make our stay memorable. While the location was great, the updated rooms are nice, her kindness made all the difference.
Was here for an event. Very good facility for event with 700+ capacity and break out sessions. Really liked the food as well; especially the chicken paramasian. The hotel is well renovated now. Rooms are aliso clean.
