Very bad customer service
I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel. They have policies that I've never seen at other hotels, made it very hard to check-in, and then when I decided to go somewhere else they told me I could not get a refund without going through the third party booking company, despite the fact that the issue was on the hotel's end.
Dirty smoked filled
I am dissatisfied with the service here. I checked in and this is supposed to be a non smoking floor, there is cigarette smoke through this entire establishment, I called in regards to unruley guest who have been smoking and messing up my allergies and they said they would send sercurity and nothing happened! I am going to my nieces birthday party who has asthma and allergies like I do and my entire room smells like smoke, my clothes smell like smoke, which is a trigger for our allergies and could exacerbate our conditions! I’m upset and appalled at the service and the way we have been treated at this establishment! I am a member of the Bon Voy and will let everyone know to use only Hilton this is a complete disgrace and it has been a horrific stay. The valet purposefully told me to go into the wrong direction so that I could utilize the valet it had been a complete nightmare at this hotel and I will no longer be using Marriott , Sheraton affiliations! Completely unacceptable service, it is sad because I have had great service at other establishments.
I had not really been to a hotel since the pandemic. This hotel is a bit of a walk from Market and it was hot. It was a bit hard to find the entrance as well. There was a line to check in. But the hotel is really nice. I loved our room. The decor was impressive. I loved the smell. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were plush. I was happy with our choice. The problem is that you need a key card to use elevator. They kept malfunctioning. The nearest ice machine was broken. The next one is not close at all. I also wish the rooms had small refrigerators. Nothing worse than traveling and having no way to store food or drinks. No microwaves either. Alot of people were in town for an event and alot of people were hanging in the lobby at all hours. But everyone had their masks on. The hotel seemed really busy.
Hotel is dirty and staff don't take social distancing and covid measures
I had a terrible stay at this hotel last week. Many of the staff did not wear masks properly, some did not wear them at all. They also did not remind guests to wear masks and so there were multiple guests in the lobby most of the time who did not wear masks. They let me change my room because the surfaces of the table were dirty but also in my second room, some of the surfaces were dirty and my bed sheet seemed to have blood stains. I always stay at Marriott hotels and love Marriott for their great customer service but I will not stay at this property again.

I feel like I'm at a motel.A Motel For teenagers👀..They're Everywhere!!Is it a party going on?Elevators are dirty,hazards all over..the smell of smoke in the halls. Sheraton owes me 1 G.Palmer RM 2205
