    Loved this hotel!

The Sheraton Park at Anaheim Resort is a bit deceiving. I was accompanying my boyfriend at a conference so ended up spending a lot of time at the hotel. The spotless and very well maintained hotel has 3 distinct pieces, the lobby area, the room tower and the amenities. The Lobby appears to be from the 80s or 90s. It is well kept, but there’s just something a bit off about it. Honestly, it may have simply been some sort of low brow auction table featured on one wall. Only one story, it is expansive, with a nice restaurant and a small amenities shop that has a Starbucks built-in. There’s also a sunken bar, but I didn’t use it. The rooms are all located in a really well kept tower that is adjacent to, but not attached to the Lobby. Our spotless room on the 9th floor was actually perfect. I especially enjoyed the bathroom and the balcony. The amenities I was most impressed with were the spotless pool area with an outdoor bar/snack bar. We got lunch there twice and it was both yummy and served promptly. All in all, I loved the hotel.

    Worst hotel ever

Absolutely horrible experience. Worst hotel ever. They say it's 5 star its a low class motel atmosphere 100 percent. People screaming and yelling in the room next door for hours. One guy sounded violent I was afraid to leave my room and the room phone didn't even work at all! I even tried to call from my cell got a busy tone that hung up. I would NEVER stay here again. Run down low class food mart in lobby, slow non working elevators, a TV positioned so it blocked by a cabinet,, LOUD people partying in the lobby all night and a broken AC so loud in our new room we could not sleep there either after having to move rooms at 1am. AWFUL!!!

Great choice among the many hotels in the area

Stayed here as part of a West Coast tour from the UK which was also our honeymoon as we got married later in the holiday. We found this to be an excellent choice of hotel near to Disney. We struggled prior to booking to choose a hotel as there are so many in this area. We've previously stayed at the Hyatt Orange County but had problems with crowds of teenagers/ pageants etc. and also stayed at the Hilton Double Tree which was nice to have a suite but is in dire need of renovation. So eventually we decided on this hotel and are very glad we did. Check in was great and we were given lovely breakfasts each day. I think all the rooms have balconies which is nice. The room itself was good and clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the hotel isn't noisy so we slept well. The room had a safe and fridge and good coffee making facilities. We had no problem with the temperature control. The selection of TV channels was better than most hotels. There is also a good gift shop. We also didn't have any issues with ticket touts which is always a bonus in that area! We ate in the foyer restaurant one evening. The food was good although they seem to like to close up relatively early. The only other slight niggles were the rooms could do with more lighting and it would be nice to have bathrobes. Overall, a great choice to be close to Disney!

    Ok

The hotel location was ok as you can walk to a pharmacy and other restaurants which was a positive. Hotel shop had good supplies and staff were nice. The hotel room was average in size however it had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival.

    We have a lovely time!

Great beds, lovely staff, good pool and fabulous location. We (brits, 2 primary age kids) visited Disneyland as a family, we had two days there and had a great time. The hotel has been redone and was really nice. Would happily stay there again. The club lounge was good value for us!
