Beautiful on the surface but can’t cool rooms in winter.
Beautiful renovated hotel. Looks great all the way around. Well appointed, comfortable bed. But sleeper mama beware, the HVAC system can’t cool the room when it’s supposed to be winter. Not sure I get it as it was late April and mid 70s outside but we couldn’t turn on the AC to cool the room at night. But they told me that the system can’t be in cool mode this time of year. This was after they sent up an “engineer” to help. Their only recommendation was to open the balcony door, which would have been nice if it weren’t for the sirens and screeching cars. So to make up for it, they offered me 15k points, NO, I wanted a good night sleep, not these meager points …. we had to put up with it for two nights..

Exceptional Stay at Sheraton Park – Stan Made It Extra Special! Went above and beyond
Had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sheraton Park! As a Titanium member, I was upgraded to a suite, and wow—it was massive, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The service throughout my stay was top-notch. Special shoutout to Stan, who truly went above and beyond, and Masha, the helpful and professional manager who made sure everything ran smoothly. There were just a couple of small areas for improvement: the lift was quite slow at times, and housekeeping could be a bit more thorough with cleanliness details. That said, these didn’t take away from an otherwise exceptional experience. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it—especially if you have status with Marriott!

Sheraton Park Resort Bad Just Bad
My employer chose this hotel and I will enform them to never use your facility for lodging again. March 26th upon checking in at 6pm the room I was given had not Been cleaned from previous occupants.l returned to the desk making them aware or this and had to wait 45 mins to receive a new room as I waited for them to prepare my room due to a feather allergy The world market also forgot to give me a item I paid for April 3rd, check in 530pm was told the prepaid room by my employer card was declined, again prepaid right paid for. I placed my card down for the room. Check into room bathroom floor is wet due to water seeping underneath in need ofrepair. 830 pm Restaurant Savor bug in salad, hair in napkin that are pre rolled by staff. Alerted staff right away! Staff did replace items. Was given a complimentary milkshake??? April 4th woke up with stomach cramps, I can assume it was the food I consumed from Savor. When checking out I stopped by the world market to get the item I paid for from the previous week, and was told by staff I could not have the item because the purchase was over a week old, although receipt was provided, and was offered a credit. The item was a side of bacon, $1.50 Sheraton shame on you just give me my bacon, I paid for it. But instead your employee said everything is on camera I can't just give you bacon. The very same cameras that also watched your employee ring my items and also not give me my bacon I paid for last week. Awful service!

Don't go there!
The room was very cold, they told us a story about their turning on the heat only if the outside temperature is quite cold (but they had no problem to pump cold air otherwise). We had to ask for extra blankets for the night. When I took the shower the first day, I used the rain shower but water was leaking outside, flooding the bathroom. So we used the hand shower on the other days. On the last day, while using the hand shower, I slipped and broke two ribs (did X-rays only when I returned home, so I could not tell the hotel about the accident then). Breakfast is substandard. Overall a big waste of money.

Great stay
We stayed at another place nearby and it was just awful so we decided to leave that place and found a room here. It was much more expensive than the previous place but it was so worth it. The room was bright and clean. The sleep quality was phenomenal and we were not afraid to venture here at night expecting what we’d encountered at the previous place. We had a great night’s sleep in comfort and were well rested for the next full day at Disney.
