Even in the difficult time of COVID-19, when many hotels in Manhattan were closed, Sheraton NY Times Sq. provided good quality of essential services and their staff members were very friendly. Thank you so much!
In the heart of the city that never sleeps. Awesome stay!! Amazing room, very clean, staff was very kind and lovely. Location is just perfect. Times Square around, so everything I needed within walking distance.
Great Business Traveler Hotel
This is a big convention hotel, in a central location. It is an easy walk to Times Square and Rockefeller center, and the subway right outside the hotel providers quick access to midtown east, downtown, and Columbus Circle. There are plenty of good places to get dinner nearby as well. The rooms are small, but functional and the beds are reasonably comfortable. They have fewer TV channels than in some other hotels (no HBO) but in the age of streaming that is less of an issue than it once was. Some rooms have great views, others look into offices across the street. If you have status the concierge lounge is excellent with good breakfast options as well There are also other food options including room service. The fitness center in the basement is exceptional - one of the best i have ever seen at a hotel. The staff is also very friendly and attentive, and they do seem to recognize the "regulars" which isn't something you would expect in such a big hotel. I'd definitely look at staying here again the next time I am in NYC for business.
This hotel has a great location in Mid-Town. Walking distance to many places including central park, times square, and Rockefeller Center. The subway is right next to the hotel too so catching the E train was easy. Nice convenient hotel but the rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're going to be out and about anyway!
We stayed at The hotel for 5 nights after flying in from the UK. When we arrived we upgraded to a club room and that gave us entrance to the club lounge and free wifi which was both fab and lovely food anyway from the busy foyer. The service in the club lounge was excellent especially from Muhammad Ramzan who nothing was any trouble. Once out in New York the location is perfect for the getting about in the city and whilst there we could walk to everything we wished to see. The rooms were small but comfortable and when we return would use this hotel again.
