Excellent service and staff. The hotel is very nice and clean & the staff is THE BEST. I give them a million stars.
To whom it may concern. My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel and not only was the hotel and room clean and nice, it was exactly what we asked for. My boyfriend is disabled and they accommodated us like no other hotel did and that is the most important part to him and I. As far as the staff goes they were superb. They were all very friendly and professional and I would like to recognize all the staff that made our trip more enjoyable. They are Courtney, Kaitlin, Khalid and Will. This is definitely the ONLY hotel my boyfriend and I will stay at any time we visit Jacksonville and from my experience to anyone else that is disabled or has a disabled family member, friend, spouse, whatever the case may be and u need a hotel with an ADA room I recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff and GM Brad at this hotel for making our stay enjoyable and stress free. We look forward to seeing all of you again soon. Thank you, Michele Cohen
Best sport/family spot
This hotel caters to families traveling for sports, from the warm greetings as you enter the hotel to the staff always ready to help.... from providing early breakfast to facilitating late checkout....Khalid and Courtney made our stay outstanding, thank you!!
Overall, this is an average hotel for their class, but without the free breakfast that Hilton or other Marriott offer now. The good: Location is close to restaurants. Staff is friendly. Lobby is nice. Beds are comfortable. Quiet. The bad: No free breakfast. No secure internet. Small rooms. Cheap modular showers (no water pressure, shower head very low, water is stinky). No microwave in rooms. Overhyped on tripadvisor. Overall, I rate this hotel average at 3 stars. Not a bad stay, but no reason to stay here again. Staff was polite, but nothing would bring me back to this hotel. Not sure how this is top rated hotel in Jacksonville.
Safe and Sound
This was our second visit to this Sheraton and we were just as please as the last. We stayed the evening of July 4th with out two dogs, who are very afraid of fireworks. Our neighborhood tends to have fireworks going off for 4 to 5 hours and really needed to get our dogs somewhere quiet. This was perfect. From check in, where the dogs were fussed over by the front staff, until we checked out, the stay was perfect. We could tell the hotel and staff were working hard to keep everyone safe. We were provided with individually wrapped pens to sign the dog documents, there were clear reminders to wear masks in public areas, to limit number of guests in the elevator and to wash your hands. The lobby and room were extremely clean. The lovely dog walk area was free of "debris" and well maintained. Even though there was a fireworks show at the Town center barely a mile away, the sound was nearly inaudible. Our dogs were calm and we were happy. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom large and clean and the television and furniture were all immaculate and in excellent working order. Thank you for making a night that is usually very upsetting for all of us a calm, relaxing experience.
Nice hotel during Covid issue
Pet Friendly! Good staff Nicely stocked deli type place Ruined a bit by party jerks on our floor, had to call front desk to get these jerks to stop the noise. Good room, good bathroom amenities Be careful walking around the area on weekends, lots of homeless near the bridge/overpass area. Not crazy about the unprotected parking lot. Overall ok but will avoid Jacksonville in the future
