For the comfort of the guest, in 2016 a cashless policy has been instituted on property. The consumption venues such as restaurants, bars, room service, as well as the spa among other services, do not accept cash payments; therefore,
it is strongly suggested to establish a credit line upon check in with credit or debit card. A cash deposit will be requested if other forms of payment are not available, any balance will be returned upon check out.

Pool activities
Mariana, Jimena, and Ivan were all very great and kept things very fun during my stay. All the games we played drinking, volleyball, ping pong were all handled very well and with care.

Mariana, Jimena, and Ivan made the experience with games and drinking extremely fun and made the entire experience much more enjoyable

Activities, with Jimena were fun great pool activities, Marco our waiter was fabulous. We love this hotel, we stay here all the time, great location

Vacation and margaritas
Mariana la barbie was an excellent host at games, exercise and activities! Thank you! The Club is great and everyone is happy. The Starbucks is a.azing!!! Especially liked Pamela the hostess service and Oliver's waiter. Alwzys a pleasurable experience.

Terrible customer service
We are currently staying in room 1972 for the next 2weeks. We’ve never been treated so poorly in a Marriott/Sheraton resort before. I called weeks ago to confirm we had a washer and a dryer. The woman that answered said yes. When we arrived we did not have a room with said washer and dryer. After speaking with Andrea the front desk manager I was told unless I attended a timeshare presentation I would have to pay $3500 to move to the towers to get the washer and dryer that we were initially told we would have. We are avid travelers 8-10 times a year for the past 20 years. NEVER have we been treated so poorly at a Marriott/Sheraton resort. We are RCI and Interval owners. I guess we should’ve believed the reviews we read about how this resort treats owners that come and do not partake in the all inclusive plan and timeshare presentations. We are considering leaving.
