We are currently staying in room 1972 for the next 2weeks. We’ve never been treated so poorly in a Marriott/Sheraton resort before. I called weeks ago to confirm we had a washer and a dryer. The woman that answered said yes. When we arrived we did not have a room with said washer and dryer. After speaking with Andrea the front desk manager I was told unless I attended a timeshare presentation I would have to pay $3500 to move to the towers to get the washer and dryer that we were initially told we would have. We are avid travelers 8-10 times a year for the past 20 years. NEVER have we been treated so poorly at a Marriott/Sheraton resort. We are RCI and Interval owners. I guess we should’ve believed the reviews we read about how this resort treats owners that come and do not partake in the all inclusive plan and timeshare presentations. We are considering leaving.

Our stay was amazing! The room was always clean and neat. Our room attendant Maria Ibal was amazing! She was so nice and kind! She always made sure we had everything we needed! Maria we are going to miss you! You did a phenomenal job taking care of us and our girls.

Fantastic
I’ve been at this resort twice and both time have been great. I went to the spa and had a massage 3 times the first time and twice this time. The servers in the dinner hall with breakfast and lunch are all fantastic I have the same servers every time

Jun 05, 2025Careful about the timeshare pitch in the lobby!
Love this hotel but be careful about the timeshare pitch in the lobby. They will offer you anything to get you to attend the presentation, free massages and restaurant discounts of 50% but be careful if you attend as they will want to preauthorize your credit card. Dangerous!! if you refuse they take your incentives away which shows they have intent. So be warned!!!

Best Vacation spot! We love this place.
Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Third time here and Jorge remembers us every time. Set us up twice for our Anniversary! Juan at the buffet is always waiting for us and sets us up with beverages as soon as he sees us! Wonderful place! Can’t wait to come back again.
