    Pleasantly surprised

Pleasantly surprised that the hotel was much nicer than expected after reading so many terrible reviews. Location is convenient. Rooms are nicely renovated. Bed was comfortable. It is near the interstate but with the think curtains and noise machine, no problem for us on the 14th floor. Parking a car is a little pricey. $39 to valet.

    Worst Stay

My son booked room for Fri-Mon stay, end of Jan for my granddaughter's cheer competition. We got there around 9pm. Our rm was not ready , waiting area was full of people waiting, no place to sit. Waited at least an hr, reminded manager we were still waiting. He said the only room he had ready was a king, my son reminded him this was for 3 people, the response was "take it or leave". The escalators were not working. Small elevator to 2nd floor to catch elevators to 12th floor was tge only one available at the time. All the lights in the room were not working. There was water leaking on the floor from the windows, the shower water was cold a few days. The walkways from hotel to the convention center were closed off. We were charged over $900 for the 3 nights. There was NO compensations for this awful service. If we could give minus star review, it would be at least a negative 5. We have stayed at a LOT less expensive hotels that had better service, including free breakfast. The ONLY redeeming thing was the location to the convention center. I WOULD NOT recommend staying here!!!

Staff unresponsive and skybride/escalotors closed) look elsewhere.

Don’t ask for anything extra even as titanium elite. Don’t ask them to take responsibility for what they tell you. Read the google reviews. Escalators broken. Too few elevators working. Skybridge closed to civic center (main reason people stay here). First bad review I have ever written on trip advisor. Everyone makes mistakes but good employees apologize and try to make it right. Good luck finding one such as this here.

    Nice but very noisy hotel!

My daughter and I stayed here for one night during Kami-Con. We were in room 1152. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was nice and clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. I would have given more stars if not for the VERY loud noise from the interstate just outside our window. It sounded like trucks and cars were going through our room. Maybe if you were staying on lower floors and more away from the elevators it would be less noisy.

    Worst hotel stay ever

This hotel is terrible, the pics are deceiving. I was out in the worst room the hotel probably had. 662 if the window was open I could spit on the cars racing by on the busy interstate. The rooms are tiny, the sound machine didn’t work and the room wouldn’t cool down, day 2 I was moved to a room on the older side. It was much larger and much more quiet, but the water in the shower barely got warm. There was a security guard hiding behind the escalators taking pictures and videos of young girls. Overall worst hotel stay I ever had.
