    Shocked when I arrived, Ate, Played, and Left. I wish we at least had parking.

    The staff there are great, I would not say anything bad about them whatsoever. I understand that a lot of what I dealt with is upper management. The breakfast offered, even though I wanted to get some vouchers to keep going, was dreadfully poor. Not poor in a sense of being inedible, but probably the worst quality I have ever had. So much so, I would've preferred plain cereal and milk. The other issue I believe was the mold. Both me and my friend both woke up with repeated sinus issues. We saw in the hallway the fan blowing to removed some moisture. Unfortunately, checking in was difficult, I expected Atlanta to have 24/7 lobbies, but they did not. It was closed at 11, which sucked because we got there past midnight due to an accident. And since we came so late, the reservation was cancelled. I didn't really bother to complain because it seemed like there wasn't any room in the hotel. It was surprising to see the Leather people there. But I suppose, can't really complain too much and it is what it is. I just never expected an event that was kid friendly to be hosted at the same time and place. Honestly, I would've picked someplace entirely different. Parking was lacking, either pay the $45 for valet, or park in the public garage across the street where you would just be anyway if you booked a different hotel.

    Will not return

    I recently checked in to your hotel with the intention of staying there until I needed to transfer to another hotel for work. Unfortunately, my experience at your hotel was disappointing from the start. Upon check-in, I was met with a less-than-welcoming attitude from the staff, which was unprofessional and setting a poor tone for my stay. During checkout, I was informed that a card would be required to cover incidentals, but there was no clear communication on what these charges might entail or how they would appear on my statement. This lack of transparency is not common practice in other countries, and I was expecting more clarity from your hotel. To my surprise, I was charged $300 for incidentals without any prior warning of how much this would be or explanation. This unexpected charge prevented me from completing my weekend plans as intended. When I approached the desk to discuss this matter, the staff member's attitude was dismissive, implying that this was not a significant issue and that I would receive a refund. However, I was unable to find any documentation that confirmed these charges or mentioned the possibility of a refund. I also experienced difficulties with a package delivery to the hotel. I picked up the package from the concierge desk, but the staff member was disinterested in confirming it was package, despite the courier's photo evidence confirming delivery. Her assertions that she was not present when the package was delivered were not credible. I am extremely disappointed in the level of service and professionalism I received at your hotel. As a guest, I expect a certain level of courtesy and transparency, which was lacking in my experience. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take steps to address these issues. I would appreciate this to be escalated as I have not received all my money back as yet.

    Ignorant Customer Service & Forced to be on VP parking

    Do not book with this hotel, bad customer service. My daughter has a military event near by and I booked her room for one night so she can rest due to the fact she had a 3 hour drive to her base and the event was don’t at 11pm - not only the receptionist was completely rude but didn’t solve the situation. You guys cannot treat people this way because this is how you get your pay check is the people who paid and stayed - she had to drive 3 hours late to go back to her base. Their regular parking was full and they told her they only have VP parking that cost 30 a night - now how in the hell you force your customers to take a parking at VP which my daughter told you all I’m sorry I don’t want the VP parking - and the gentleman stated oh well I guess you gotta go then! That is so sad!

    Would stay here again!

    Nice clean room and king size bedding. I loved the pillows! The shower was nicely powerful! This hotel was close to the venue we were going to visit. All of the staff did their best to see that you were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!

    Great stay in Atlanta

    Me and my husband stayed here for 6 nights. Staff was overly accommodating and so friendly despite being without water for 2 days due to a water main break. Hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
