We had read the pros and cons about here prior to coming. We were not disappointed at all! We highly recommend Secrets Wild Orchid!!! Staff are absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome and like family! We can't wait to come back!! YA MON! 🇯🇲

Amazing birthday trip!
We stayed in a Junior suite/ocean view. Rm 2322. It was a beautiful view. Check-in was simple. They’ll ask you to take a tour for membership. We shot that right down. Refreshments were not stocked and dead bug behind sink faucet. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. All toiletries fully stocked in pumps except hand soap is a round bar! They could place a hand soap dispenser next to the body lotion (hint, hint) Needed more options for pillows. Beach towels always available by pool. Seats at beach and pool are ‘reserved early with towels’. Not to see ppl at the beach for hours. But we always found a shaded seat. The breakfast and lunch buffets were phenomenal!! We were easily seated at all restaurants (food delicious!) except for himitsu we made reservations upon checkin and couldn’t get a seat until 4th day. Kemar (sp?) was fantastic and entertaining behind the grill! We booked a sunset beach dinner for my birthday ❤️ this is a special menu and service is separate from the all inclusive. Pool entertainment was meh. Christmas foam party and only 1 Christmas song. Didn’t do any excursions was happy to just relax by beach. Barmaids/tenders were quick to serve (MOST with smiles). Althea was a great barmaid serving us at the beach!! Bring a thermal cup! There are barrels along the beach that always have stocked ‘wata’ bottles. The ocean/bay water was amazing. Warm, clear, calm. Never crowded. Saw one snake in water. Saw small fish along the rocks’ edge. Restrooms near the pool and barracuda bar. Walked thru shops, didn’t find anything to my liking. 2 nights they had vendors but nothing to our liking or too big for our suitcase. You’ll know the jerk chicken cart is around when you smell the smoke! Don’t pass him up and the additional sauce has a kick! Try the rum raisin ice cream at the coffee shop. 5 day trip and only 1 day we had brief rain shower (20 min). Bugs were not a problem. Although I had 2 bites. We reserved Club Mobay for arrival. Would use again! (Didn’t have to show C5 form, our passports didn’t get stamped (not sure why). Book transportation back to airport at front desk ($32 for both of us). This trip was everything we hoped for and more. We’ll definitely consider coming back again!

We spent 9 nights here and had a small wedding ceremony on the property. Overall, it was a good experience. Hospitality was wonderful. Wedding support and photography was great. Gave a 4 out of five for nit picky things like the jets in our tub or the hand piece of our room phone not working. Room was a little musty, but maybe that’s to be expected with the climate. Housekeeping was helpful and consistent. Most of the restaurants were great. Lots of good entertainment during the day and in the evenings.

Great resort
Exceptional preferred club stay. Private beach and pool was amazing and so relaxing. Food was so good with a lot of varieties. All staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean and very nice. Plenty of entertainment. Lisa was so helpful with check in and check out process. Would highly recommend staying at secrets wild orchid

Unforgettable Stay Made Even Better by Jason from Loss Prevention!
From the moment we arrived at Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay, it was clear we were in for something special - but what truly made our stay exceptional was the amazing team, especially Jason from Loss Prevention. We were traveling as a group of three - myself, Alex, and Ola - and the resort itself was everything we hoped for: stunning views, delicious food, and just good vibes all around. But on one particular day, things could've taken a turn when I misplaced my phone. Enter Jason. Not only did Jason respond immediately, but the way he handled everything was incredibly professional and reassuring. He calmly explained that it was his job to investigate and check every possible spot until the item was recovered - and true to his word, he found my phone in record time. I honestly don’t know how he did it so fast, but his attention to detail and calm efficiency really stood out. Beyond that, Jason was just a joy to interact with. He shared helpful tips about the resort, was always full of positive energy, and had a “you’re in good hands” kind of presence. You could tell he genuinely cared about guests having the best possible experience. If you ever stay at Secrets Wild Orchid and are lucky enough to meet Jason, you're in for great vibes and peace of mind. He’s a credit to the resort - and honestly, we hope he gets all the recognition he deserves!
