Well what can I say Duran and kenroy were absolutely outstanding! They made our holiday the holiday of dreams Will be returning next year and bringing my mama! Thank you again to everyone Incredible staff, beautiful place Couldn’t wish for anymore

Great Anniversary Trip
We went for our Anniversary of 20 years. Upon our arrival we were greated by Matthew who helped with our bags. For the rest of our trip Matthew always went above and beyond by bringing a smile, and such a positive vibe to the resort. Amazing. My Jacaidian bro. Then we were greated by our butlers for the week Adia and Rashmaine. They both went above and beyond with there service. They both did an excellent job with all our needs especially on our Anniversary day. We never needed to worry about a reservation, or my Red Stripe ice cold in a cooler, by our dedicated area of the preferred pool. When we come back, we will definitely be asking for Adia and Rashmaine amazing mon. The view of the resort and the grounds, was absolutely amazing. The preferred pool was great. All restaurants at Secrets Wild Orchid were great. Especially loved the Italian, and Rooftop at Breathless. The grounds were very clean, just needed a little face-lift. We had such a great trip, thanks Secrets Wild Orchid.

Kenroy & Duran are awesome!
We were here for our honeymoon for a week. Everything was absolutely amazing. Our butlers Kenroy and Duran made us feel special and made the entire stay awesome. Everything went smoothly. The resort views were beautiful and the service was great.

Breathless
Stephen and Shane are work horses. Awesome workers! Stephen never goes home he is always there to welcome you back and Shane can read our mind before you say anything. He is a great butler. I had a great time there. Thank you Breathless for a great experience. I look forward to coming back soon .

Great weather, renting cabanas for a starting rate of $200 a joke, no seating left for the rest of the customers. They have fifteen of them around each pool to make money yet buildings still missing shingles from this springs storms. Things in the last year have really gone down from past visits since Hyatt purchase.
