An unforgettable Stay at Secrets and an unforgettable stay at Secrets and Dreams: Our recent vacation was nothing short of magical, thanks to the amazing staff and experiences we had at both Secrets and Dreams Resorts. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, celebrated, and truly cared for. Secrets Market Cafe I had such a wonderful experience at Secrets Market Café, and I want to give a huge shoutout to the incredible team that made my birthday and our entire stay so memorable. Adrian, Benito, Sergio, César, and the chef were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. Adrian was always so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed with grace and kindness. Benito brought such vibrant, cheerful energy every time he stopped by our table he truly brightened our day! Sergio was the perfect combination of professionalism and heart. He made sure our food and drinks were just right, especially the chocolate martini and his special recipe with berries and coconut rum (a must-try!). And we are beyond grateful to the chef who surprised us with a beautifully prepared lobster feast for my birthday it was a meal I’ll never forget. Their thoughtful service, attention to detail, and joyful personalities added so much joy to our experience. Thank you, Adrian, Benito, Sergio, and the rest of the Market Café crew for making our visit unforgettable. Coco cafe Perla was truly a ray of sunshine every single morning. She greeted us with a warm smile, contagious positivity, and made the best lattes and “dirty chai” I’ve ever had. She remembered us after our first visit, and it felt like catching up with an old friend each time we stopped by. Perla’s energy set the tone for beautiful, relaxed mornings. We met Alba on our last day, and what a beautiful way to end our stay. Her kind heart, glowing smile, and thoughtful service made us feel like family. Her warmth is genuine and unforgettable. Sweet Bites Orlando and Jenny what a dynamic duo! They made us the best crepes and ice cream we had during the entire trip. I had a crepe every single day, and they were not only delicious but presented like artwork. Orlando’s attention to detail and creative touch were top-notch, and Jenny was so helpful and kind—it made every visit so much fun. You must stop by Sweet Bites if you stay here! Gohan Sushi Bar Angel is hands down the sweetest and funniest chef we’ve ever met. He brought our dishes personally, checked in often, and made us feel extra special. The sushi was fresh, beautifully plated, and bursting with flavor. We loved the sashimi and tempura! Angel turned our dinner into a truly memorable part of the trip. Each of these team members helped make our girls’ trip and my birthday celebration so meaningful. Their kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression. Secrets is incredibly lucky to have such a stellar team we can’t wait to return! A Dream Come True at Dreams Resort We also spent part of our vacation at Dreams Resort, and once again, the people there made all the difference. The attention to detail, the genuine care, and the way they treated us made every moment feel special. Carnival Restaurant Jose deserves the biggest thank you for going above and beyond. He surprised me with the most beautiful birthday cake and made sure our dinner was nothing short of extraordinary. From the personalized service to the joyful atmosphere he created, Jose truly made my birthday dinner feel magical. His warmth and thoughtfulness will stay with us forever. Tamarindo Restaurant Alma added a fun and unforgettable twist to our evening. She made us custom tequila drinks right in front of us with a little flair and a lot of heart! Her energy was so positive, and she made sure we had a great time while enjoying amazing drinks with a personalized touch. She’s truly talented and made the evening even more special. Teppanyaki Restaurant Even though we don’t remember their names, the entire team at the teppanyaki restaurant gave us an experience to remember. They didn’t just cook—they performed . The showmanship was fun and interactive, and they made sure we had the tastiest dinner possible. From the sizzling grill to the delicious flavors, it was a lively, laughter-filled night. Thank you to everyone at Secrets and Dreams Resorts who helped make this trip one of the best we’ve ever had. The food, the service, the people everything exceeded our expectations. We left with full hearts, happy memories, and can’t wait to return again!

Fantastic Holiday!
All the staff at the Secrets Vallarta Bay are very friendly and ready help with any of your requests. Cesar, Maria and all the staff at the Market Cafe were exceptional, as was the breakfast and lunch. Juan and the staff serving in the pools area, were always there when you needed a drink. It was a fantastic holiday.

The best stay ever. Thank you to the staff and my guy Mr Jose!! This was the best experience. I’ll definitely be back! I really appreciate the service and constant support from the staff. Jorge was the best as well out in pool area wot the activities.

What is that alarm that starts blaring at Midnight and 2-3-4 AM and afternoon hours 3-4 PM. It wakes me up and is annoying, this has gone on for 2 weeks now. Come on management, fix the problem. Waking up at the peak of my sleep only makes me madder.

Amazing Resort for 102 Guests!
We recently got married in Puerto Vallarta in January 2025. We had a room contract with Secrets/Dreams Vallarta Bay for all of our guests to stay at. We ended up having a total of 102 guests come and stay on the resort. The resort itself was amazing! All of our guests raved about how beautiful and clean the resort was. More than anything, everyone loved the food at the resort. Our guests stayed between 3-5 days and we have heard nothing but glowing reviews from everyone since we got back. We did host our rehearsal event at the resort coordinated by Livier Cortes. On the day of the rehearsal event, we had many questions and we were able to easily get a hold of Livier throughout the day. She stayed available to us and the event went off without a hitch! If you're debating on this resort, just book it. I can't recommend it enough. They have converted us to Secrets/Dreams patrons for life. Thank you to the staff and to Livier for all that you did for our guests!
