Great resort great entertainment. Our Butler Carlos Miranda and his associate Lose Becerra gave exceptional service during our stay. The food was excellent and the entertainment at the pool with Carolina was terrific. Did some kayaking. And as a member went for the member appreciation next-door in the penthouse suite which was terrific with some hors d’oeuvres.

Great staff
The staff at this resort are excellent! Carlos, butler Adrian, market cafe Joel, pool concierge Orlando, ice cream shop They made our stay so enjoyable . The food was good with a nice variety of restaurants. The staff is the reason we choose this resort over and over!

Amazing!
Wonderful stay! Carlos Miranda was an amazing butler! Took amazing care of us! Jose Beccera was also super helpful! Couldn’t have done this vacation without them! Food was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Nice Getaway
Secrets is an excellent choice. It was very relaxing for my husband and I The resort is in an absolutely beautiful location. Right next to the water, but not in the main area with the rest of the hotels. You feel a sense of seclusion, but you’re very much a part of the city. The service was absolutely magnificent. Carlos, one of the butlers at the resort, took such great care of my husband and I that it made us want to continue to only patronize this resort when we visit Puerto Vallarta. Dreams resort is next door, but they are not allowed on the Secrets side which keeps the ambiance of adults only. We are glad we took a chance on this adults only result. We will be back again.
