My husband and I have been to this resort twice. We went back because we loved it the first time we went and the second time was just as great, if not, better. We hope to be back again in the future!

Best Resort in Cancun
I spend 10 days in Secrets the Vine hotel in cancun, and it was fantastic. The highlights of our stay was staff and their attentiveness. They are all super professional and sweet, and made our stay unforgettable and special. They gave us farewell gifts and souvenirs, and it was an emotional goodbye. Personalized care, spacious rooms, two closets in each room, two sinks, gorgeous view and outstanding customer service are what we experienced during out stay. Entertainment team went above and beyond to provide awesome nights for guests. The rock band was the best show, the lead singer voice is other worldly, they are all super talented. Food was great, extremely clean and absolutely gorgeous; a truly up scale resort. Final note: I hope the management sees this review and appreciates the following exemplary employees: Jose (manager)at the Market restaurant, Nicole, the host at the Market restaurant, Pedro our smiley server at the market restaurant, Aisha with the entertainment team, Sebastian, our amazing, super professional concierge, The Rock band and the talented lead vocalist, Wilder at the Mexican restaurant. We love this Secrets The Vine Hotel! It is our second time here. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the food was excellent!

Do Yourself a Favor: Choose The Vine
I cannot recommend Secrets The Vine highly enough. My husband and I just returned from a six day stay there, and I'm already looking forward to/hoping for another stay. We were in the "preferred" section and had the most amazing time. Hector and Carlos, our concierge on the 22nd floor, were superlative: always helpful, always pleasant, always smiling. Honestly, though, pretty much the entirety of the staff at The Vine seemed to be genuinely pleasant and eager to help. A couple of other standouts were Moises and Gabriella in the preferred lounge and Moises in Dragons restaurant. While room service and buffet food was 'meh', the sit-down/ala carte food was BEYOND amazing. Far better than what I'd expect at an all-inclusive. If you are wavering, choose this resort. It was incredible!! Thank you, Secrets The Vine. It was a memorable anniversary experience.
