Secrets Riviera is awesome. The staff here sets them apart from all of the rest. They will make your experience here better than anywhere you'd ever want to go! Luis, Daniel, Ariel, Jose, Hector and so many more people will go so out of their way to ensure you're having fun and are comfortable. Go before you change your mind!

Wonderful week!! Pedro&Luis at entertainment were absolutely fantastic. Manuel at Silk City, the delicious japanese restaurant, also. Clean and classy rooms, wonderful pools, great volleyball courts. Lots of activities. Recommend!

Excellent Hotel if you want a mix of Total Relax and Some Party
We’re a couple in our late 30s (40 and 37), and even though we enjoy relaxing, we also still love to have some fun and party for a few hours. At Secrets Riviera Maya, you truly get the best of both worlds. The peaceful, calm atmosphere at Secrets is perfect for relaxing by the pool with no noise, while the vibrant and energetic vibe at Breathless is great when you're in the mood to party. The best part? If you’re staying at Secrets, you get access to both areas. However, if you stay at Breathless, you can’t access Secrets — though Breathless does have the Energy Pool, which is a bit more relaxed as well. Now, let’s talk about the hotel itself. From the moment we started planning, the customer service was amazing. A special shoutout to Valeria from the Preferred Club, who helped us with everything we needed before and during our stay — thank you so much! Big thanks also to Angel from the entertainment team — such a great guy, always making sure everyone was having a great time at the Energy Pool. And Manny, also from entertainment, brought so much energy and fun! At the buffet, Lilia and Angel always greeted us with warm smiles, and at the Steakhouse, Christian was truly wonderful. At the Energy Pool bar, Allan was always cheerful while serving up drinks, and Daniel at the Secrets pool was incredibly friendly and helpful in finding us the perfect spot. I know I’m probably forgetting some names, but one thing’s for sure — I have nothing but praise for the hotel staff. All in all, when you combine the excellent staff service, the hotel itself, the food, the entertainment, the bars, etc.... I’d easily give this place a 9 out of 10. So if you’re someone who enjoys both partying and peaceful relaxation, Secrets Riviera Maya is the perfect choice!

The food was great! The beach was full of seaweed and the water was unswimmable. Don’t get the swim up room in April- the water was freezing. And book the spa before you arrive or they’ll be booked :( the service was exceptional and the grounds were beautiful. It’s easy to go between Secrets and Breathless too so save the money and stay on the Secrets side!

Fantastic experience
Daniel, Mar, Nedel Cruz Juan Urbano and of course spicy Luis!! Its the people that make a vacation! This resorts staff made a great vacation even better! Friendly helpful people at a beautiful resort! Highly recommend can’t wait to return!
