Great Anniversary Trip!
Fantastic stay! Highly recommend. The staff is great! If you’re at the pool ask from Roberto and Anahi they were amazing! The food was fantastic. The weather was perfect during our stay! We love the resort because we also got married there the year before! They made everything feel special!

While the resort had potential, our overall experience was frustrating and disappointing across multiple areas.
Staff Communication & Service: From the start, we received different answers from nearly every person we spoke with—front desk, concierge, hostess, bar staff—which had us running all over the resort just to make a simple reservation over the course of two days. When I explained the conflicting information, I was spoken to condescendingly, as if I was the problem. Not once did anyone offer an apology, even in the premium lounge where better service is expected. We tipped consistently—unlike many others—but were still met with rude, dismissive attitudes. Food & Drinks: The food was a major disappointment. Despite requiring reservations for most restaurants, the meals lacked flavor and creativity. I've stayed at many similar all-inclusives, and this was easily the worst dining experience I’ve had. The drinks were equally underwhelming—watered down, made with artificial mixers instead of real juice, and so weak they were virtually non-alcoholic. Even in the premium areas, the quality just wasn’t there. Spa Experience: The spa was one of the worst parts of the trip. I made a reservation and even paid extra to return early from an excursion to make it on time. But when I arrived, they had canceled it—on their own—because they assumed I wouldn’t show. They rescheduled it for the next day, after I would already be checked out of the resort. Because of their mistake, our couples massage turned into a single, which wasn’t acceptable, but they offered no alternative. To make it worse, we had to pay $100 for a shuttle to return early and missed out on half of our paid excursion, all because the spa staff insisted that was the only time available. No apology—just complaints about us in Spanish, assuming we wouldn’t understand. Pro tip: make sure your guests don’t speak Spanish before talking about them—my husband does. Final Thoughts: This was by far the worst resort experience I’ve had, and it’s such a shame because the property has potential. But poor service, low-quality food and drinks, and disrespectful staff make it a place I won’t return to or recommend.

Excellent stay!
Junior preferred suite was comfortable and clean. Loved the ocean view. Pickleball availability was great. Shirley and Monique were exceptional as were Tony at the pool bar and Delmar for pool activities. Service and food overall was excellent. This was our second visit and we’ll be back.

Wedding plans and a family vacation in one
They were so accommodating and food was excellent, as well as the selection of different restaurants in the resort from Italian, Mexican, hibachi and seafood and of course the regular hamburger there too and a choice of several different bars from the beach to the pools and even one for the late night party. Also shops so you don't have to leave the resort too.
