Best part of our trip? MANNY Secrets is an amazing resort, beautiful esthetically, the rooms have everything you need. The food is 5 star at every restaurant, and the pools were top notch. The beach is very well maintained - and just beautiful blue waters with white soft sand. Despite all this beauty and 5 star service- Manny is what truly made our trip the best trip ever. Manny has renewed our faith in humanity. He exudes nothing but kindness and a genuine desire to make sure your experience at the resort is nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. I truly hope Hyatt appreciates this kind of human as an employee as he is the true face of their business. We would come back continuously if we knew we would come back to see our friend Manny. Manny u have a beautiful soul - NEVER CHANGE❤️

Immaculate, well designed resort with friendly and helpful staff, exceptional food, and plenty of extra amenities.
My wife and I stayed here 8 nights for our honeymoon. The ocean view junior suite was a good size for us. The bed and pillows were comfy, the air condioning worked very well, showers were hot, and cleaning service left the room spotless every time. We opted for the preferred club and we're glad we did. Our two butlers Duran and Gustavo were very attentive and helpful. The main pool was pretty busy and often had activities and loud music, and we wanted something quieter and more private so we always opted for the preferred club pool, which was still busy but much more chill. The gym had all the basics and was very clean. We did spa treatments twice, myself two massages and my wife a massage and facial. All were very relaxing and worth it. We enjoyed all of the restaurants but our highlights were Seaside Grille's lunch menu, Bordeaux, Portofino, and Himitsu for both regular dinner and teppanyaki experience. El Patio was good but probably the heaviest of all meals we had. Coco café was excellent and we were there at least twice a day for coffee and small bites. Market Cafe was just about the best buffet experience one could ask for. Everything we tried there was delicious. We ordered room service twice and both times the food was delicious, however the second time it took about two hours and several phone calls checking up on the order to get our food. The first time was very quick. The only other negatives we experienced were a few days it was hard to get beach towels at the pool and beach because they were just running low. Special thank you to our butlers Duran and Gustavo for their excellent service, Alejandro at Bordeaux restaurant for making our first fancy dinner of the trip extra memorable, and Valdez at the spa for amazing massage treatment. We had fun playing pickleball, but I hope they install a padel court someday before we return! ;-)

Amazing last minute getaway!
Beautiful room. Beautiful resort. And would definitely consider coming back again! Service is amazing. Everyone is so kind and attentive. Although we didn’t book the Preferred as I didn’t see enough of a win, Manny the concierge in our building was so attentive and personable. With prompt service through what’s app and surprises in our room. Very personalized service! The live music and musicians throughout the day was very classy and enjoyable! Starting at breakfast and all the way to after dinner Noise and sounds nicely separated. For example the loud music and events at the social pool didn’t carry over to the beach or other pools! Nice separation and very well designed Our room had an ocean view but backed on to the sports bar / “night club” which I was a bit concerned about initially however there was NO issues with late night noise. Rooms I believe have good soundproofing. Only cons … some very distant banging noise early in the morning 5:30 AM onwards. Almost sounds like an echo of a noise. I think there’s some construction next door. If you are a deep sleeper you won’t even notice. I’m usually up early anyways. We were in Building 9 Also unfortunately more seaweed than I thought there would be on the beach. Sometimes was a bit more windy All in all very gorgeous and was the perfect last minute trip! Exactly what we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great birthday getaway
We had a great trip. The resort and staff were A+. Manny was our concierge and did excellent . We will definitely be back! This place was quite well maintained and the food was excellent everywhere we ate. The room was beautiful and the swim out made the stay worth it

Awesome Week in Paradise!
My boyfriend and I spent a week here, and we did not want to leave! Belen and Deme were amazing concierge staff who took wonderful care of us each day, always asking if we needed anything, saying hello when they saw us, and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. Preferred Club was pricey, but luckily we upgraded upon arrival for a fair price. Drinks were great, food delicious, and resort was gorgeous too. All staff & bartenders were so helpful and attentive-Henry, Christopher, Adrian, Eduardo, and many many more whose names I'm forgetting! Watch for an assumed upgrade at the spa (they tried to upcharge $58 for special oil), we noticed and they removed from our bill immediately. Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will be back! Thank you for an awesome week in paradise!!
