Secrets Cap Cana is a wonderful resort. The entire resort was always extremely well kept and the staff were very friendly and always went out of their way to assist you! The restaurants offered a good variety of food and we were quite happy with the quality of all the food and drinks! Big shoutout to the entertainment staff, especially Rihanna, Ely and Scooby who made our vacation so fun! They always went of our their way to involve us in all the activities and competitions and were so friendly. I would definitely return to Secrets Cap Cana again.

FANTASTIC SECRETS CAP CANA
Our first visit to Secrets Cap Cana, where do we start. When we arrived at the hotel our luggage was promptly taken ready to be transferred to our room. We were greeted warmly and offered a welcome drink of pink champagne which was so tasty and became our go to drink to accompany dinner and lunch along with refreshing cold towels which was very welcome after a very long journey. We were checked in very swiftly and were accompanied by Carlito our personal concierge to our room. We requested a quiet room on a higher floor which is what we received. Block 3, our room looked onto beautiful palm trees and green gardens. It was a fabulous room with a huge walk in shower with two waterfall showers, decorated impeccably and spotlessly clean. In fact the whole of the hotel was so clean, the gardens/flowers and trees were stunning. We ate in all of the restaurants on numerous occasions, the food was delicious in all of them. All of the staff throughout the hotel were absolutely amazing. So helpful, happy, polite and courteous. Eddie Murphy in the Bordeaux restaurant made all of our visits extra special and took our experience to the next level, thank you so much. Stiwar in El Patio and the Seaside Grill also looked after us impeccably. Conan in the Market Cafe was so bubbly and pleasant, even gifting me a beautiful hair claw on our last day following us commenting on how nice Conans hair claw was on our very first visit to the cafe, such a lovely surprise, thank you. Sonia Michell cleaned our room impeccably and left varying designs with the bed decorations, the beds were so comfortable. Carlito arranged for delicious champagne and Rose petals to adorn our room one day, such a lovely surprise when we returned to our room. The beach servers were brilliant in keeping everyone hydrated with fabulous cocktails and drinks. We didn't manage to take all of the staff's names that we had the pleasure of meeting but everyone was absolutely outstanding. The hotel was simply wonderful, so ornately decorated, the beach and sea is stunning. We fell in love and have already booked for the same time next year. Thank you for an amazing stay, counting down the days until we meet again.

Amazing Stay
The resort was very very clean and well maintained. Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. The pool was very clean and the atmosphere was always lively. The beach area was always clean. There was constant staff members walking around maintaining the property and catering to your every want and need. This resort is well well worth the money to stay there.

May 20, 2025They got my money, and then ruined my vacation
Worst accommodations. I have screenshots where they advised at 10am they were cutting off all AC in every building and room to make it better for future guests. They got my money already. It's 98 plus outside, and over 80 in the room. It's 930 pm and it's only down to 89. They cannot make any accommodations. I would never book a hotel without ac due to my health needs,I guess they don't care. This has over stressed my body and ruined my last days here. They had no where for us to go to get relief from the heat and they didn't care either. We have 1 fan blowing hot air for the entire day and now the entire night. They say they turned the ac back on but it's going to take the rest of the night to chill the rooms at all. This is one of the worst stays ever. I wish them the worst. They are not offering to refund our night, even though it's so uncomfortable and horrible for me to endure more heat. I know it's warm here which is why I paid so much for a hotel that was supposed to offer the basics at least. I demand this nights cost be returned. This hotel couldn't care less about actual basics of a hotel. I have screenshots of all of this.

The food leaves a lot to be desired. Only hot meal was breakfast at the Market Cafe. The rest of the time luck warm or cold. Concierge service was spotty. Communication through text messages. Ruth and Gil, beach service, were excellent. They took awesome care of us.
