  Great service and experience

  The service is top notch. We were so lucky to meet some wonderful employees (Salvador, the pool concierge was the best)! Everyone you meet is so kind and helpful and their goal is to make your experience the best ever. Carlos Dietz also was very helpful with our dinner reservations and made great accommodations to make the experience wonderful.

  Excellent resort and service!

  We had a wonderful time at this clean and modern resort. There are plenty of pools to choose from either for entertainment or relaxation. The service is exceptional! Special shout out to Maria at the 8th floor preferred pool who made our time there really enjoyable with delicious surprise drinks! We also did not have a bad meal at this resort. We definitely will come back!

  Great trip

  Great trip- Francisco at the sky bar was fantastic and Leo at the Lounge was also great. Met some great people and enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed all the food- our fav breakfast was the World Cafe and their selection. Hibatchi was our favorite dinner. Enjoyed the nightly entertainment - fiesta night was our fav. Will come back.

  Food Poisoning

  I flew back home and woke up next day feeling very weak and fatigued with diarrhea. My son also had diarrhea with similar symptoms. We had stayed four days, ate only in the restaurants in the resort and never went outside. So what ever we got we must have got from the resort. Generally, to my eye the restaurants looked clean and immaculate. Although I ate taco by the poolside and I noticed flies landing on the food. Also my cousin found a roach in her bedroom. This is a tropical country after all so this cannot be unexpected. Every member of staff that we encountered was polite, helpful, well trained and highly professional. This was a top high-end resort and so my low rating reflects high expectations that were not realized.
