Everything was excellent. Great service, great food, great facilities. A few of the best pool concierges were Efrain y Carlos. They brought us fresh towels and cold wash rags daily. Also Albero was an excellent waiter. Blue water grill has the best food. The outdoor patio food nights were great, too. This was our first time here but we would love to come back again.

Amazing resort, true 5 stars!
Secrets Bahia Mita Surf was one of the best, if not the best 5 star resort my wife and I have been to. The food is amazing, the resort is new so all rooms are modern, pools are great, staff is nice and you don't have to worry about not having a spot at the pool unlike other resorts! If you get a room close to the reception it might get loud at night, we got our room moved to a different floor because we had a hard time sleeping the first night due to drunk people being loud. The only other downside is that the beach is just ok. We were lucky to see whales every hour or so, it was truly spectacular. Overall highly recommended!

The ultimate all-inclusive destination!
Secrets Bahia Mita was an amazing experience of an all-inclusive resort. There were so many different restaurants that we tried as many as we could and still couldn't try them all. So many different pools to choose from... some with a fun & social atmosphere and others with a quiet relaxing atmosphere. The most impressive part was how nice and welcoming ALL the staff were, we felt so taken care of and comfortable with all the amazing helpful staff members.

Wedding Guests
This resort is one of the nicest resorts I have visited. Friendly service, great food and amazing drinks! The preferred sky bar is comfy and has a beautiful view. Be sure to bring water shoes as the beach is rough. The wedding we attended was magical. I would consider returning for another visit or even my own wedding! Kudos to our bride who found this gem location!

Beautiful Resort
I am a travel agent and visit a lot of resorts. This one was beautiful. I would highly suggest preferred club rooms, for the rooftop pool and other selected areas. The staff were all so helpful and happy. Food was amazing. I have never been to this area of Puerto Vallarta and this will be the only area I stay at now. The whole area is filled with beach towns and great food. Loved my experience.
