    Marriott Rivercenter

    Great service received from all Marriott employees we came in contact with, especially David G! This was our first trip to San Antonio but will reserve Marriott Rivercenter upon any return trip! Really enjoyed our experiences in San Antonio!

    Saved me

    I had brought the wrong shirt for a 10:00 am funeral. No store open in town this early Stephanie your bell person went out of her way to find one for me Saved me from looking stupid GREAT EMPLOYEE. PLEASE TELL HER SHE IS DOING A GREAT JOB. Thank you

    Special kindness

    Bridget in the m-lodge was fabulous. I was on vacation with my special needs newphew that has a gluten allergy and she went above and beyond to make sure he got a dessert. She was always very helpful and very pleasant. she made our vacation experience so much better and made him feel like he was like everyone else. Her kindness went above and beyond and we will forever be thankful for it.

    Servants heart

    Roffe is an excellent server and is very present at his job with all guests. I enjoyed a lovely dinner at the bar thanks to Roffe’s recommendation of the chicken tortillas soup. As a bonus we had a nice chat about our travels and shared photos from our journeys.

    Overall average hotel. Rooms are clean. The hotel is very noisy as well in the lobby as in the rooms. Much noise from the street, even on the 25th floor. The minibar also keeps making an annoying noise. We even had to pull the plug. The ironing board should be replaced. We think there are better options to stay in San Antonio. We are Bonvoy Members but we would not really recommend this hotel.
