Best value for your money
The culinary experience at The Royalton was worth every penny! The 5 course portions were prepared with care from scratch, well seasoned to taste and the stake was the best of all the courses! You could taste the freshness and flavor of the island in the food! Highly recommend!
Awesome customer service!! These guys were friendly and polite and very eager to assist . I would definitely recommend visiting the blue waters lobby for amazing drinks and delicious shots ! Just a tip , ask for Paul to be your bartender!

We stayed in building 3 which had perfect views of the ocean and pools as well as walk areas. We were welcomed by a charming young man, Courtney. He was very polite and friendly. Made us feel welcomed in the true jamician fashion. Lennox was just as helpful and accommodating to our requests for information regarding the hotel. Paul the reception area bar tender was a true bartender in every sense of the word! His mojitos were the best after sampling quite a few. Our overall experience on this vacation being our first visit to Montego Bay, Jamaica was truly a vacation to remember with the promise of coming back next year for our 25th anniversary.
I was amazed that everything was open in the resort..due to circumstances,my stay has been so relaxing the staff are so recieving and helpful .. the buffet has so many choices ,breakfast, lunch and dinner... the pools and carribean sea very refreshing, bartender PAUL and hotel staff LENNOX and COURTNEY were very warm and helpful to fulfill all of my questions .... so far so good a great visit to JAMAICA mon !!!!
Well we took this trip for some much needed r&r and for my birthday. Understand that we are a law enforcement family so there has been no rest during this time. To start we booked White Sands and we were told that building was closed so we were put in Blue Waters. Our butlers Tanisha & Nick were absolutely fabulous. The “minibar” was soda, water, 1 juice and 1 Red Stripe! That’s just shameful. No Buffett open at all. We ate breakfast at the Italian restaurant but, spent most of our time fighting off the bees and not eating. Dinner was edible. We don’t come to Jamaica to eat bland, tasteless oxtails. Being from Trinidad we definitely expected better because we know Jamaica has much better. The same thing goes for everything except the Jerk Hut however it seemed like they opened for lunch and closed at 2. We got a cabana by the pool but, yet again attack of the bees. Aside from the bees we had to switch cabanas 3 times because the fan didn’t work in one, there was a beehive in another, pool jets didn’t work in the next one and we just gave up even though the Tv didn’t work in the last one. If it wasn’t the stink of cigarettes or marijuana being smoked EVERYWHERE it was fighting off the bees. Not only did I get stung but we watched numerous other people get stung. Dead bees EVERYWHERE. THe staffed best response was “it’s bee season” wait no it was “don’t worry their Jamaican bees they won’t sting you they’ll just land on you unless you hurt them”. Are you for real!!! Most of the staff ignored us to the point that a manager watched for 20 minutes multiple bartenders and waiters help people at the pool area even doing tricks for them with trays on their heads but didn’t ask us if we needed or wanted anything until she called someone over and told them to check on us. We really expected more! This could be a fabulous resort. The cleaning and covid protocols were great. We planned to have our family & friends there for my husband’s 50th birthday next September but, that will not be happening anymore. We took video of the bees but, can’t upload it on here.
