We went with the family for the hotels were very clean. The staff were really nice. The food was good. We were diamond club, and our Butler‘s name was Edwin and he was excellent very nice. Very friendly, good with our kids recommended us to the restaurants that were amazing.

Fantastic! Do not worry about drinking the water and that no one understands English!
We took our family of 8 (including a 5 and a 3 1/2 year old) to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday - we had a fantastic time - mostly thanks to Jaime, our butler. Jaime gets a 10+ rating from us! He was a great guy who helped us navigate these 2 resorts! I was a little concerned that there would not be many employees that spoke English (again I worried needlessly) Having access to both resorts (Royalton Splash and Royalton) about 1/4 walk or trolley ride between them was great. There was entertainment for the kids and adults at both resorts. The beach and pools (15?-different sizes and depths) were great! Both resorts were immaculate-no trash anywhere. There is so much to do, we did not have time to do everything in a week. Do not compare this waterpark to Disney - chances are you will be bored after a few runs, but he kids had a great time in their area and when they got bored we went to the pools and or beach. There are areas for all aged children and at that time one larger slide was being maintained but the other 3 larger slides were a lot of fun. It is a short walk to the beach and pools when you are done at the slides. There are MANY excellent restaurants - Jaime made reservations for us when he could. If you do not have a reservation, as long as you get in line by 5:30 or so you will be seated to eat at 6:00 (when they open for dinner). All the employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful and most spoke English very well. The food was also labeled in English. I was needlessly worried about drinking the water, you can brush your teeth with it but do not swallow it. All the restaurants have filtered water and they give you bottled water in your room. Before we left for this trip I read some reviews and one said that they water down the drinks-not true! I asked about that and they said that that person must have had too much to drink so they were trying to not add to his drunkenness. It was worth the extra money to upgrade to "Diamond Club" and request Jaime!!! We will definitely be going back and requesting Jaime!

I will definitely be coming back! And I wantJaime as my butler! His hospitality and charisma was incredible!
My butler Jaime was unbelievable! He welcomed my girlfriend and her family with open arms and felt like a friend rather than butler, his personality made for a great stay and will definitely be the reason that I return! He made sure we had our reservations and met us at every restaurant to make sure that we were seated and taken care of, and sometimes he would just come up to say hi and crack a few jokes which I always enjoyed

Well deserved luxury vacation
Amazing vacation, fantastic location, friendly and such welcoming staff, our butler Jamie made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, great service all around, the food is delicious everywhere. This was a luxury vacation to remember. 10 days and we didn’t have time to do half of what was available. We snorkeled right off the hotel beach in crystalline waters, hundreds of fish about 50 metres from the shore.

We had the best time at the Royalton Splash. Our butler Jamie was fantastic and always accommodating with anything we needed. He answered any questions we had, and also checked in frequently to see how we were doing. He booked any reservations we wanted to do, so that was a big help that my family and I didn’t have to worry about that. it was truly an amazing experience, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend being part of the diamond club, and asking Jamie to be your butler if you visit this location!
