Lovely hotel, food was okay. Sandra our butler was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Hotel was undergoing some maintenance throughout our stay which was needed. Didn’t really interfere with our stay. Great location on the beach and very close to Cancun Hotel zone centre.

1st International Solo
Service is top tier! Beautiful rooms. My Butler Marisol was AHHHHMAZING! She was attentive, accommodating, and suggested really cool activities. I only have 2 complaints: 1. No hot water in my shower. I submitted a work order and they never came even when they said they would someone. 2. The service and food at Hunter's Steakhouse was below subpar. We were rushed (ladies i met there and I) and steaks were cooked incorrectly or was tough. Miguel was horrible there.

We really enjoyed our trip to Royalton Chic Cancun. We had a group of 13 ranging in age from early 40's to mid 60's. We had the Diamond Club add-on, and our butlers, Marisol and Cesar, were absolutely amazing! From the daily updates, constant communication, working together as a team to make reservations to accommodate all 13 of us, to treating us just like family. We can't say enough about these two genuine, caring, and over-the-top individuals. They will forever be considered family to us. The Diamond Club pool and private beach were amazing with great wait staff. The Royalton pool had a great vibe and bartenders, mainly because of the Vibe Team Member, Danielson. He is amazing as well and made our time there so much fun. Munchies, Insomnia Coffee, the buffet, and the pizza were great. The other restaurants were mediocre, but ok, nothing special and not great food. The only negatives were the elevators, which are horribly slow (plan on waiting), and Level 18 rooftop bar. The rooftop level 18 staff were not friendly, you could only use a few limited lounge chairs, unless you wanted to pay for a cabana or better seats. There is not a swim up bar upstairs. All the staff up there wants from you is anything they can charge you extra for. If you are not willing to pay more, the service up there goes downhill. All in all, this is a great, fun resort. However, without having our amazing butlers, Marisol and Cesar, taking care of us, we probably would not have had as great of a time. They truly made this a dream vacation experience!

Great experience
Kevin was an amazing server and was very quick to get us drinks. He was also very friendly! Ceaser was very helpful with getting seating. We also booked a fam y dinner through him which had amazing food. We got the lobster & filet on the rooftop. It was some of the best filets we’ve ever had Arturo Served us for the rooftop dinner and was incredible. The only faults of the resort was the elevators. They were incredibly slow The resort food was surprisingly good compared to other resorts We would absolutely go again

Spectacular! Can’t wait to return next year
This resort is by far the most amazing and fun place I’ve been to in a while! The experience was exceptional from start to finish, the personalization of everything is commendable. None of this would’ve been possible without the help of my amazing butler Ricardo, he’s so patient, kind and friendly. He stays in constant communication at all times, no matter what he responds and if he doesn’t know he will go find out just to be accurate. The vibe crew at this resort was the best! If you’re looking for an amazing resort with great food, amazing staff and fun activities throughout your entire stay this is the place for you! I can’t wait to return next year
