Eduardo was absolutely amazing during our spring 2025 trip to Punta Cana. He was incredibly responsive to all of our family’s needs, always available and willing to help with anything we asked. What truly stood out was his support in organizing a beautiful beach dinner for over 75 people—he handled it flawlessly and made it a truly memorable evening. I can’t recommend Eduardo enough. If you’re planning a visit, definitely request him—you’ll be in great hands!

Fun times
We went with friends for a birthday celebration. And we had an awesome time! Our Butler, Adonis, was excellent! He made sure we were comfortable and provided everything we needed. He attended to all of our needs, he was awesome. We loved our stay, the room was clean and we love the beaches.

Great place for family getaway
Great amenities, amazing staff, beautiful clean beach and best of all - kids club! Food is fresh and delicious, with great variety, rooms are clean and spacious. Lazy river with water slides and waterfalls… Would love to come back here again soon!

Royalton Bavaro - Punta Cana - Great trip
Had a great time with family and friends on this trip. Boat trip excursion was the highlight of the trip. The resort was nice, clean and accommodating. Our host, Adonis, was excellent providing excellent services. I would definitely recommend.

Apr 22, 2025Marriott should engage in brood reduction and drop this hotel
Good things: our butler Yenny, Tomas at the pool, workers at the restaurants. 75% are friendly and happy. BUT go elsewhere unless you want: 2 hour check in and 1 hour checkout, dirty rooms, clogged sinks, high pressure sales tactics everywhere, bait and switch tactics on Diamond Club, a front desk that doesn't care, reserving chairs a 6am by the pool or beach. Overall a terrible experience. If you go to Punta Cana, stay at another resort.
