We had one of our favorite trips here ever! Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was lovely and spotless. The food was great. Drinks were delish. The real treat at RH is the people. Our concierge Ricky was kind, fun, friendly and proactive. At the pool, Javier and Gernero were our best friends. Such gentlemen and so fun too. My parents visited the next week and said the same. It is their favorite place in Mexico. Thank you for a great stay. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful Anniversary Week at the Lovely Royal Hideway If you like a nice sized boutique resort with great service, you won’t be disappointed. I usually write pros and cons in my reviews but honestly the Royal Hideway met the majority of our high expectations! The restaurants are beautiful and food is excellent we liked them all but Azai- the Tai restaurant was one we went to several times. The other reviews are right- try to book your dinner reservations before you arrive there is an email address for the concierge on the website. He was very responsive and emailed me back next day confirming times and restaurants. The complaints about not enough beds by pool? We always found either a canopy bed or pool chairs would open up. We did spend one morning on the beach chairs which were also fine. Rooms are beautiful and had good AC and a little patio. The patio would have been nice if the evenings were a bit cooler. While we found the waiters all very good, Karina was a very.lovely,friendly and always welcoming hostess! Eduardo, Carlos and all the pool servers were so attentive The only thing that was unfortunate was that we needed to exchange pesos for smaller bills and the front desk wasn’t always very accommodating.

The Fantastic Royal Hideaway !!
The Service and friendliness of the staff was excellent, especially the service we recieved from, Daylin Ibarra, Kathya Galicia and Juliana Perez. The food was great, plenty of variety, nice choice of drinks. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the gardens were also very nicely kept. We were made to feel very welcome.

Memorable Experience
Had a great time. Wasn't sure what to expect with our first trip out there, but we received great recommendations from Ricky Rosas. We'll be back and looking for him!

Amazing, quiet resort. The presidential suite was wonderful, food was good and staff friendly. Our room and the restaurant temperatures were a bit warm - would’ve liked more AC. The breakfast/lunch staff (Jaylen I, Oscar G, Kathy G, Yaliena P) and our concierge, Ricki, were incredibly kind and helpful and we look forward to seeing them next time!
