Riu santa fe
This riu santa fe is the worst. Save your money and go to a better resort. Customer service is the worst. There are no waiters to serve you it's an all inclusive but they just treat customers like if you are begging them for a drink. Everything is cheap. I have been to all inclusives in cancun. Don't come to cabo it's really a terrible experience all around. We were sent to 2 different restaurants for the steakhouse experience and both places were closes mind you we walked a good distance in hot weather and both were closed. Save your time and go somewhere else. Cooks kept getting mad at customers for getting a ketchup by the meat area and it belonged in the condiment area..Rooms are hot and floors were full of sand when we got here. Also it has to say ocean front view not just ocean view. We were looking at a pool lmao..
Enjoyable as always. I was surprised how expensive was massage prices and hair salon services! Also, same food everyday
The massage service prices are outrageous as well as hair salon! That’s why I haven’t seen a single customer in the salon during whole week. Food needs to be improved, less sugar and carbs, more better meat and fats!
Celebrated 50th Birthday.
Room was a little outdated but it was cleaned very well daily. We were in Building 4 (4301). The AC did not cool like I wanted but it was ok. The fridge was stocked daily. Had clean towels daily. This is resort is not for families, this is a party resort; we were ok with that cause that is what we went to do. The food was not bad, breakfast by the infinity pool was great, street tacos were legit, steakhouse was decent. (Make sure to get yourself on the list early) The pools are busy and can get a little dirty, they try hard to clean as much as they can. If you are looking for peace and quite, this is not for you. You will be up half the night listening to the party crowds. The bartenders and waiters worked hard to please all, be grateful and tip. If you are going for a good party time, you will not be disappointed.
Fun, Friendly, Fantastic!
My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much! The staff was super friendly and attentive, the drinks were good, the pool party was so fun, the vibe and atmosphere were great, and we will definitely return!
Check in was quick and friendly enough. We received a brief explanation of the resort. Went to our villa # 4, second floor, no elevator but we only had 1 checked bag. Room needs some repair but it was fine and our fridge was stocked with drinks and one bottle of tequila. There were also mosquitos in the room. One day the toilet stopped working and it took 3 hours to get fixed after sending messages through the app and calling twice. One day our room wasn’t cleaned by 3 pm and we didn’t have any toweled, and again no one brought them so I asked one of the housekeepers that was outside our room. Pools were good but some areas do need repair and there is a lot of sand in the pool. Also, we left prescription glasses with our towels while we went in the pool and they were STOLEN, I had read about theft at this resort so we’re trying to be careful with our valuables and never thought that someone would steal prescription glasses but they didn’t. I didn’t report this because i had a feeling nothing would be done based on other reviews. The food was not great. I liked some foods at breakfast and lunch but dinner was pretty bad. We were able to book tours at the hotel and that went well. Check out was fast. We would stay at a different resort next time we are in Cabo.
