Admission to the Jungle Party on Mondays and the Pink Party on Fridays includes free transportation to and from the venue as well as access to drinks and snacks while on premises. This entertainment concept is available to guests over 18 years of age.

Check-in Policy - Deposits or credit/debit card hold authorizations are not requested at check-in. Minimum age of 18 is required for check-in, an ID/Passport will be requested upon arrival.

Hotel Spring Break Policies :
1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Santa Fé hotel.
2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.
3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.
4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.
5. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense.

6. Student / Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

So it all depends on what you’re looking for! Definitely a party resort, I had a great room. The room was clean however, the hallways need work asap. The elevator was broke the whole 4 days I was there. The house keepers were super loud in the mornings. Make sure you explore the whole resort! There are so many food options but the best was the jerk chicken shack by the pools. The service was great. They had great hospitality & were very friendly. Again, had a great time just only thing was it was very loud at every time of the day & night but it was expected due to looking at other previous reviews before going.

Just going to start by saying, I would NOT recommend this resort to a friend. The pools itself were fine… just could use a little updating & better up keeping. -Rooms are old & feel dirty. There isn’t a 2nd safety lock on room doors. Ants in the room. Only 2 thin sheets on bed so we’re freezing at night using towels. Heard two people say they switched rooms 3&4 times due to mold & cockroaches. -Room TV didn’t work, outlets didn’t work -Food is bad besides 2 resteraunts and it was still mediocre -I didn’t feel safe at night due to the room lock situation. -We witnessed a resort employee selling hard drugs to a vacationeer. -Room cleaners started around 7am being VERY loud in the hallways. Overall, we were very disappointed soon as we arrived. We debated switching our flight to leave early.

Jan 14, 2025January Queen 2025 Birthday Trip
Birthday celebration with a total of 12 ladies. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Have done many cruises, 1st time doing an all inclusive resort and felt although the buffet restaurants could have been better with selections and warmth of food and colder drinks .even the steakhouse food was cold and rushed. The Jerk chicken stand was awesome !! The rooms was hottt and the AC wasn’t producing any air , did go and ask the guest desk but no results. Nice resort however didn’t see any flowers planted give the grounds more life. More lighting in the walkways to rooms . Resort is a nice resort but was not inform to download the RIU app or maybe didn’t understand that app is the perfect guide on navigation thru out the resort and all the amenities offered..

Upon arrival it was not the best, the smell through the whole resort is of sewage they need to clean the grease traps bad, they are aware because at restaurants they props the doors open, food…..was terrible I actually lost 10 pounds within our 7 day visit. Everything is fried and gross or drenched in sauces just terrible! No wash rags for your face, out shower was missing the caulk along glass and water was everywhere after a shower every time, half of the plugs were not functional and half of our bulbs were out for light. No exhaust fan in bathroom which is most needed. Mold was apparent where the liquor hangs on the wall. We lifted our sheets and mold was all over the bed. We travel quite a bit and have never experienced a place this awful. The drinks are watered down with water and sugar we had shots on several occasions and never felt a buzz and there were 4 of us. The front desk said with a tip in cash to them directly they would give us the best room. This place is a joke all four of us were very disappointed and will never return. The cost has nothing to do with any of my reviews it is what our experience turned out to be. We will be contacting corporate about all our issues which are way more than listed.

Overall one of the best trips of my life! The food was phenomenal, the service was great. I felt the room was a tad hot and I prefer ocean view but everything else truly made up for those small wants.
