Christopher 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴 I am in love. He was the only reason I didn't murder kittens between 8-11 in the morning during their overpriced breakfast time.

This hotel is in such a great location, just a couple of minutes from Times Square and lots of places to eat nearby and shop etc. really clean hotel and couldn't really fault it

A definite recommendation
We went with my sister and brother in law who had stayed in this hotel last year. It totally lived up to the hype they gave it. From checking in to checking out everything ran smoothly. The rooms are immaculate, the bathroom had everything you need and the room was a really good size. The breakfast ran smoothly every day with waiting the most about ten minutes. You are in walking distance for all the sights and a few minutes from the subway. I have to give a massive shout out to housekeeping. Our bedroom was immaculate every day, thank you

Terrific Location
The hotel is in a fabulous location, literally a minute from Times Square and all it has to offer. On the ground floor is the Reception, bar, cafe and grab & go food, the lower ground floor .has the gym and bathroom facilities. The bedrooms are modern, with super comfy beds, a safe, fridge, adequate storage space, plenty of power sockets, A/C - which is very effective and can be controlled, a bathroom with a powerful shower and toiletries supplied, hairdryer and lovely fluffy towels. Breakfast in the morning starts at 07.00 - 10.00, the breakfast room is situated on the 5th floor, but to get to it, you must go to the reception lobby and check in with a staff member and join the queue for the lift to take you to the 5th floor, where you will join another queue for your table. It sounds worse than it is, its a well oiled system and we never waited longer than 10 minutes at any time. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with hot and cold foods, fruit, cereals, pastries, breads, juices, tea & coffee. A word of warning, on arrival, we were asked to pay hotel tax, I'm not sure if this is per person or room, but we were a party of 3 in 1 room, and we paid $232.94 ( which I thought was a bit extortionate ), and then they wanted $300 deposit for any costs incurred, i.e. drinks or food from the grab & go, and which you get back when you check out. All in all, it was a fabulous holiday, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel to stay in New York, it is among all the shops, restaurants, theatres, there is a TKTS office on Times Square, where you can buy last minute theatre tickets, and the subway for getting around should you wish not to walk or get a taxi.

Fantastic place
Rooms are generous in size. Bed comfy. They are spotless. Plenty of storage space. Grab & go great for drinks and snacks, staff are great. Lifts are a nightmare between 8am and 10am due to one being used as the breakfast lift. We didn't have breakfast here but the system seemed odd everyone going down to the lobby and then back to floor 5. Reception team are welcoming. We were here in the heatwave grateful for the AC in the room and lobby space.
