Lovely hotel
From check in to departure we had the most amazing time. Check in was quick and efficient.Breakfast is a strange set up but very organised, yes you wait but it’s fast,we only ever waited 10 minutes. Our room was 2 queen beds so comfortable and clean.Great waterfall shower with shower gel shampoo and conditioner supplied but I used my own.Ordered food from the bar one night the pizza. On checking out we ordered a transfer organised by the hotel to JFK $110 dollars on the slip I was given if paid by cash.10% would be added if paying by card. I double checked the price again for any add ons like toll but was told $110 includes everything for the transfer. The driver drove erratic weaving in and out of traffic braking frequently very uncomfortable ride. When we arrived he wanted $145 we had a heated debate and he said I will remove 10% tax 🤔 . I paid him $130 cash and he wasn’t happy.

Wonderful hotel!
This four-star hotel is amazing. Great price, great service, great location. Our go-to place to stay in NYC. Happy hour has great choices for great prices in the city. Housekeeping service is every day, unlike so many places anymore. The best price I can find for a four-star hotel in NYC, and it's right in the heart of the theatre district.

This was a first time trip to New York City for my daughters and me. (My husband thought we needed a girls trip :))
Awesome hotel - I brought my 2 daughters (ages 23 and 24) and had a great time! The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. I thought it was nice that the room was cleaned daily, and we had a great time! This hotel was in a great location and would definitely book again!

Lovely time had
Just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel and we couldn’t fault a thing. Location is excellent, 1 street away from time square, thought it would be noisy in our room with traffic noise but it wasn’t. Rooms were lovely and modern, no tea and coffee facilities though not sure if this was due to being B&B. Safe was free to use also. Sampled the breakfast, was crazily busy at all times and had to wait for a table, that being said we got seated fairly quickly. Couldn’t fault the breakfast, plenty to pick from. No issues at all and I would stay again.

Not customer friendly
We paid for 2 rooms @ four breakfast- 3 days 4 of us. My wife was unable to attend. We checked in asked if we can get credit for 3 days breakfast. They said need call customer service. Called customer service said need to tell the front desk to call us. No refund. That was $66. Most uncustomer friendly hotel ever stayed in. Will not stay there again.
