    First but not last

    Weather was iffy but we knew it was hurricane season when we booked. My wife chose the palace because of previous stays, but not in Mexico. 60th birthday and she gets what she wants. Totally impressed from the easy check-in (thanks Ramone) to the impeccable wait staff (that’s you, Carlos) room service (Sylvia, follow me home) even around the pool (German, you owe me a liver). We were never treated, nor saw anyone else treated as less than royalty. Will definitely be back

    Anniversary Paradise

    Beautiful hotel and grounds. Staff very friendly and accommodating nothing too much trouble. Great selection of food drinks and cocktails on offer lovely pools and the beach is powder sands with Crystal clear waters Always book with RIU due to excellent service every holiday

    Awesome place

    Best vacation ever, very friendly and treated us like royalty.😀 very nice and clean. Would definitely come back.good food and friendly staff. Great rooms and lots to do. We recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect place to relax and be stress free😎

    PERFECT!

    First trip to Mexico, first trip to an all inclusive resort…definitely chose the right one!! The Palace is gorgeous, the rooms are open and beautiful, and the staff…THE STAFF! From the moment you walk in everyone is smiling, everyone speaks to you, EVERYONE! It was a fantastic first experience, and will most certainly go back!
