    Amazing - Juan aka Juanito is the BEST

    Food is really really good! Service is great!! Most of all THE ENTERTAINMENT!!!! THANK YOU JUAN This resort is an amazing one. The entertainment team is really the difference maker in comparison to other resorts. The entertainment team is there everyday and do an amazing job of getting you involved and help you enjoy your vacation. Michelle, Saolo and especially Juanitoooo are amazing people and changed our hole vacation. Best resort everrr!!!

    Absolutely disappointed with lots of things, the pictures an rooms are from years ago, buffet was awful greezy food,mini bar had to ask every day to be filled, 40% of staff ok 60% of staff would only be helpful if you tipped them if not you was missing treated.had an accident an spilt Pepsi on the sheets an had a sist that burst so left some blood on the sheets an was made to pay 4000 pasoes or my room door wouldn't be opened for me.one the worst curpt hotels I've ever stayed in.you could also see people buying cocain or other drugs from the taxi drivers outside, its was so obvious what people was doing getting in the taxi sitting in there for 4/5 minutes max then leaving to go back in the hotel...wouldn't stay in this hotel if I was offered 2 weeks free..out of 10 ...... 3 max....🌟 rating 2 max an that's being generous.

    Not a five star only a three no food big let down

    Just back from here the hotel is good the food is a big let down went there six years ago food fantastic now same thing each day .you use to get steak and lobster every day now they have a steak house not good the fish night on Thursday was really bad little tray of crab few clams and prawns that’s it .what a let down .you do need masks at airport tui tell you about airport tax the day after you get there you do not need it no one checks .Tui Northend laughed when I told them . they said they did not bother with it when they went ha ha it’s a email they have to send out to you good kids eh

    Worth the money!

    This is my first ever all-inclusive resort. From the moment we stepped in the door until we left everybody was extremely nice. Check-in: We arrived to Cancun early but that wasn’t a problem for the hotel. Although we were not able to get our room before 3 they still let us start the check in process and gave us everything we needed to eat, connect to wifi, etc. They let us drop off our luggage so we didn’t have to carry it around with us. Very easy process when checking in. 5 ⭐️ Hotel Room: When we got to the room it was bigger than expected. The room was very clean. The room had a BEAUTIFUL view of the resort and the ocean. The room came with alcohol and a stocked mini fridge that is complimentary. We didn’t have our room cleaned the first 2 nights but when we finally did they did an awesome job cleaning. 5 ⭐️ Food/Food Service: Straight up the food is average to below average. Not the biggest fan of the food. Steak house & Mexican Restaurant are the 2 best options. The buffet has a wide variety but is very average. The food service every where we went was phenomenal. Max in the buffet always had a smile on his face and never let your glass get empty! We went to the buffet over and over again just for him. 4 ⭐️ Hotel Staff: I’ll keep this short. Simply amazing hotel staff. They all seemed to love their jobs and they love most the guest. They are so happy to serve you and will do it quickly & with a smile. 5 ⭐️ Pools & Beach: They have 4 pools and the beach. Sometimes the water areas don’t smell the greatest but idk if that’s a resort thing or the sewage system. Unfortunately they close the pools at 7 pm which sucks because it’s not even dark yet and night time swimming is the best. Pools are typically warm but not that big of deal. 4 ⭐️

    I travelled to the hotel on the 7th September - 15th September 2022. I booked through TUI and it was the first time id been to Mexico. I was so disappointed. The flush on the toilet in our room did not work, it needed to be flushed 4/5 times, at least, each time it was used, this is surely a health risk. Our bedding was also consistently damp everyday of the holiday due to improper ventilation in the room. The shower and bath are open In the room so simply turning the shower on makes the whole room damp. During our stay the safe in our room broke and we called the reception and were told someone would be up to fix it within 15 minutes. We waited in the room for an hour and a half and no one came until we called again to complain. Service at the buffet was poor, having to ask waiters for drinks 3-4 times was disappointing for a 5 star hotel. We found especially at breakfast there are 5/6 staff hanging round not been attentive to guests. At no point during pre departure or during the holiday were we told by TUI about a tax we would have to pay to leave Mexico. We heard around the pool by fellow travellers that unless we paid the newly introduced tax we would be unable to board the plane home. Obviously this was very distressing and had we not realised this ourselves it would have been a huge shock and worry at the airport. TUI should have taken responsibility of telling all travellers this information before departure. On Wednesday 14th September I became unwell with a sickness bug and diarrhea. We didn't eat outside of the hotel so this must have been caused by the food at the buffet, it was not only repetitive but horrible. If you look at the other reviews during this time everyone else was also ill so doesn't say much for the hotel standard. We had tickets booked for Coco bongos through the TUI app for the evening of the 14th but couldn't attend because of how unwell I was. DO NOT BOOK EXCURSIONS IN ADVANCE AT THIS HOTEL. I am now having to fight tui to get a refund because the poor hygiene at the hotel. Buffet - below average Italian restaurant - ok Mexican restaurant - horrible
