5 stars - Customer Service. The staff was all friendly, responsive, and really hustled! 5 stars - Cleanliness. Rooms were spotless. 4 stars - Beach and pool area - pretty beach, well maintained pools 3 stars - Hotel rooms (a bit outdated, only one outlet by the beds, etc). 1 star - Food and Drink. This honestly put a huge damper on the trip. Food was terrible, alcoholic drinks SUPER watered down with overly sugary mixes. Nobody could even get a buzz. I am honestly shocked at the good reviews for the food. Breakfast was decent but everything else left alot to be desired. If you consider yourself as someone who enjoys a nicer meal, you sadly won't find that here.

The most amazing food. Drinks. Customer service. Cleanliness. Beautiful property. Mini bar in room always tended to. Rooms were super clean. Pool service was constant.

Honeymoon was unforgettable
Amazing trip. Friendly, accommodating. Kind. Over the top satisfied. Food was excellent. Best resort i have ever stayed at. Thank you Riu staff!

Perfect adult getaway
Riu Cancun Las Americas is perfect in ever way , beautiful beaches , clean spacious pools , amazing service , excellent food , great entertainment crew and staff. Perfect adult getaway. Highly recommend this resort. Definitely our favorite

MECATION/VIP
Last minute solo vacation. I REALLY enjoyed the food, friendly staff, and the entire resort. I was treated like VIP from start to finish. The Spa service was excellent and everyone was professional and welcoming. I will definitely be back and have recommended to all family and friends. And, I got more than my monies worth. Thank you Riu!
