May 15, 2025Perfect for a relaxing vacation
We absolutely love this hotel the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was a memorable one, the entertainment staff were fun and amazing especially Jonny (the man with the moustache) and Norberto they had so much energy and enthusiasm, both seemed to love what they were doing , The waiters in the buffet at breakfast soon got to know us and what we drank a shout out to Miguel who looked after us . We are already planning a return visit for 2026

Cancun holiday
The hotel was as we expected . The service and food could not be faulted ,staff were exceptionally polite and nothing was too much trouble . The cleanliness of the whole complex was top class. The only fault we found that the rooms were looking very tired .

Amazing Holiday!
Absolutely love this hotel, this was our 2nd time there. We got engaged here on our previous visit, the reception staff asked if we had been here before and when we explained, they gave us a free room upgrade - a corner room with wrap around balcony so a sea view and part of the lagoon too. The lobby is one the best features of this hotel and then the sea view that you can see as you enter the hotel is amazing. The staff are fantastic and so friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel is spotless, the staff never stop! The entertainment staff are constant from morning til night. Food was great, the bar service was fantastic, we barely had to ask for a drink and another was available. Sitting at the pool, the poolside bar service was excellent also. The table service was brilliant. The rooms were spotless too, I would only say they are in slight need of an upgrade decor wise however this had no impact on our stay! We would chose this hotel over and over again. The building exterior, day and night looks classy! Highly recommend this hotel.
