We cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel is! From the check in with Gustavo, Edwardo and Irving, the welcome mimosas from Jennifer to Samantha and Johnny (pool activities) and Wilbur who served drinks to many people with such friendliness. Every single employee of that hotel was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and the customer service was impeccable. The beach area was also very beautiful along with the views. The cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. They could change up the menus a bit but otherwise nothing can be complained about at this hotel. We stayed for a week we were sorry we had to leave! We are already planning our next trip and we will return to the same place. All this due to the impeccable service we received here. We also made a point of speaking with the young lady that was the hotel manager, can’t remember her name, but she was all over the hotel checking on things and really made quite an impression. We will recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Thank you for a wonderful wonderful vacation. Dawn & Bob

Cancun holiday
The rooms were nice clean,comfortable and spacious. The buffet was fantastic But the a la cart restaurants were disorganized and the food was not up to par being a specialized restaurant. The facilities were great and met-all my expectations

Excellent Service
I’ve stayed here at the Hotel RIU Palace Las Americas for at least the fifth time. The location, food and especially the service is outstanding. Great service provided by every staff member. Shoutout to Thomas, Sebastian, Carlos, Victor, Arcos, Milton Felipe and Eddy!! Thank you all! Daniel El Travieso 😅

We enjoyed our stay at this property, by far Harvard out the most was how friendly and accommodating the staff was. They seem to love their jobs and enjoy making the guests happy. My biggest let down was try gym. It was quite small and didn’t offer a lot of variety. There were no spin classes, as I had read somewhere, not even a spin bike. Most of the property was clean, but the gym and the pool got kind of mucky. I had a film one day on a swimsuit where the water line was. But overall, those were minor things and we had a great experience. Again, super staff and clean rooms.

great resort very clean great friendly staff. good food would definitely stay here again. A little updating is all this resort needs
