Loved our stay at the Palace! It's our second time and we will be planning another trip soon. The beach is stunning, the food is excellent for all inclusive standards, and the resort is incredibly clean. The Italian restaurant, and coffee shop are great. The lattes and cake at the coffee shop are dreamy. William runs drinks back and forth on the beach and he's incredible at his job. I'm not a hard person to please and would happily sleep in a beach chair. We loved our week in paradise and can't wait to come back!

Close to excellent vacation; premises could need a little makeover, two beach towels per card (if so desired) would be nice, gym could be bigger with more and more modern machines and workout music would be nice! Service was E X C E L L E N T E !!!

5 Star Service, Food, Beach
Amazing Stay! Consistent Food, Service and Beach! Ihave stayed at this hotel probably 5 times now and the quality does not change. I do have a question i loved the small sandwiched a the coffee shop, tuna and ham ....missed that this trip

Adult Family Trip
Staff was attentive and helpful - especially Paula in the Art Deco bar. The young woman at the coffee bar was also fantastic. Room was clean and the ocean view was lovely. Food was good but not spectacular. We liked that they asked if there were any allergies at every meal. The only downsides were that the main pool is shaded much of the day, the beach is not super walkable (downside for members of our party that like to walk) and our room seemed to have more noise from the theater at night than expected.

Riu Palace Las Americas
First time at Riu and we will be returning this year. From the time we arrived it was first class all the way. Shout out to all the front desk staff and to Abu at the lobby bar who we looked forward to seeing every evening for his smile and fantastic drinks. The entertainment staff was amazing and always had everyone involved, shout out to Johnny and his happy personality. Food was perfect and the service at both the beach and pool was amazing.
