May 20, 2025Relaxing vacation.
This was a lovely resort. The beach was stunning all though when we were there the waves were pretty big but we had fun jumping them. The beach service was amazing. Always staff bringing drinks, or encouraging games. The pools were great though chairs could be difficult to find there the towels were out early We enjoyed the buffet, pepes snack shack and had no trouble going to the a la cartes (we went right when they opened though) and they were all tasty. The water park was fun and somehow never busy. The only cons we really had were: Hard beds lol. Man those are some uncomfortable beds, but after a day of drinking in the sun we still slept fine. Remote location. You feel kinda far from things like shopping and city life, important to some but not others. Wed book here again for a nice relaxing beach vacation ☆

AMAZING
This hotel was amazing. The food was very good and authentic. The buffet was always kept clean I rarely ever saw any spills that weren’t cleaned up quickly. The servers at the Buffett were VERY ATTENTIVE. Rigo and Jessica were so great. Evelyn making the crepes was SO sweet and made them perfect every time. Something I don’t see too much about is the pool side entertainment!! They were great, they were very inclusive and had such great games to play/watch. Alexis from the entertainment team was such a great entertainer! The servers at the poolside were so nice and genuine! The girl with lots of tattoos didn’t catch her name, but she was so sweet. They kept the side of the pool so clean. Same with the rooms, they were kept immaculate. All the workers in the hotel always said hello. There were just a few things I wouldn’t rate a 5 star. The first being the chairs by the pool. They were so uncomfortable and hurt your lower back. The chairs at Dunamar even looked better and more comfortable. I’m from Canada and I noticed alot of South Americans were very rude(to guests but also the staff)entitled and obnoxious. We placed our towels on the chairs , went to the beach and when we came back from the beach they had been sitting on our chairs with all their stuff laid out on it. They also had the whole row of chairs in-front of us full with their belongings also, so I have no idea why they think they had the right to come and sit on all of our things. Totally arrogant and disrespectful. They acted like they owned the place. Just completely took over the area they were in. They were very unsanitary (squeezing their wet diapers into the floor beside the chairs where people walk, leaving lots of food on the seats)it was DISGUSTING. I’m usually not critical on people but when they do things that interrupt my vacation it is irritating. Mind you this did not ruin my vacation obviously by any means but it was annoying to have to deal with almost every day. And it wasent the same family every time , it was so many different people . Very entitled. And lastly the last thing I would say that was not a 5 start every night was the shows at night . The best one I saw was on the Monday when they performed all the songs. It was great. But every other night was almost just too long to sit through. It wasent very eye catching or entertaining. Don’t get me wrong the performances were good but just felt like they dragged. Other than that this was a perfect vacation and I will definitely be looking at returning.

A winner!
Very well managed hotel. Management ans front desk staff are sharp. Rooms are clean and reliable. The buffet was also very good. I recommend steakhouse (rib steak, shrimps) and Italian. They clean the beach well. Lots of chairs. Family pool is clear, not foggy. We are going back sure.

Loved it!
Beautiful, well-kept property. Happy with the food choices. Amazing beach, cleaned every morning of small amount of seaweed. Loved our beach waiter Javier, so friendly, always busy. All the people who worked there were friendly! We will definitely be back!

Great.
5 Stars. Everything was great. Food, service, location. Room service was excellent. I would highly recommend.
