Excellent experience
The staff always took care of all our needs , they were so chill and kind. Stacy, the wedding planner helped us in everything related to our wedding, she was so sweet and resolved all our issues

Riu Ocho Rios
One of the most hospitable entertainment and hospitality staffs around. I will miss some of our standout bartenders like Kadian whom I would totally poach to California if I still operated restaurants! The architecture and coast line is jaw dropping. I went to quite a few beaches while on the island and this property still had my favorite. Fellow guests were just as happy and hospitable. Every where I went, I ended up talking to and making new connections with people. This trip at this location will always be memorable for the reasons aforementioned. The only weaker point (barely) was the front desk personnel who may have been a bit underwhelming because of the stress of that position. The grounds are pristine, I never saw a mess. There is more food and drink than you could wish for, non stop entertainment, many pools and lots of coastline. There is also the opportunity to contract outside excursions and services. There is a spa and the resort is family friendly. The resort is simply a genuinely good time.

Everything was amazing. The service. The views. Beaches. Entertainment⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the staff service is top tier. And the food!! We had a driver his name is Verol!

Overall the property is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the RIU Ocho Rios. I look forward to trying another RIU property.
