This was me and my husband's first trip to Jamaica and the Hotel Riu Ocho Rios made the stay even more amazing. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurants, pools, beach, excursions and activities were wonderful. We will definitely recommend to others and be back.

Best vacation ever !!!
Our trip consist of 3 families, came to Jamaica to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday. I was totally impressed with the service, the cleanliness and the professionalism of the staff. I love the fact that the resort is on the beach which makes it convenient and not too much walking, not to mention the buffet, my family and I go to all inclusive resorts every year and this is the best buffet food we have ever had, on our 7 days stay we went to 2 specialty restaurants and both times headed back to buffet later the evening. A big shout our pool bartender Romone, he was so friendly and accommodation in the pool and out the pool, never pass us straight, always stop to say hello and make sure we are good and having a good time. He is definitely managerial material. I came to Jamaica with young adults and they were a bit disappointed that there are no clubs or place to go dancing after the shows but nevertheless, I love the Riu Resort in Ocho Rios and will definitely come back to Jamaica.

Great experience
The RIU Ocho Rios was a great experience staff were friendly and nice. Food was very good lot of choices.

Can’t wait to book again
We absolutely loved this hotel! The food was amazing we didn’t eat at a restaurant once because the buffet was soo good! The sports bar was our favourite but honestly the whole place was amazing! Room 3109 was mine and it was in the perfect area! 10/10 reccomend Next year we’re booking with the kids!

awesome! we loved it. it was my first time at the resort and my husband's second time. It is family friendly but also wonderful as a couple. Everyone was so friendly, the weather was perfect, plenty of beachfront, no issue with towels or chairs ever, and the chicken was incredible. All the food was fresh too
